The installation was done poorly and the extensions were quite visible. I could literally fit multiple fingers behind the tracks, that's how loose it was put in. Looked ridiculous with it and only after just over two weeks, the back came apart and had to get them taken out. I have very fine hair and should've been advised against it from the beginning but they just wanted to make $600! Denise did not offer any compensation back and became very defensive and decided to just ignore any other communication from me. Lesson learned.

I contacted Olia and was pleased to get a prompt response, she quickly explained my options, the process, rates and generally what to expect. I had been getting microlinks for the longest time so I was super interested in her micro tape method which combines two methods (micro and tape ) for a lighter, less detectable and healthier option for my hair. I took a pic of my own hair as instructed and made my appointment, within a week I was sitting in her chair. She gave me two options; I could visit her at the salon she works at or at her private residence which worked out better for me. The location was awesome, plenty of free street parking and a nice little setup; spacious, pretty and she sets you up with a movie to watch which I thought was a nice touch. Olia herself is extremely personable and easy to talk to, she educates you on care and maintenance even gives you advice on products to use. The process is much quicker then micro links and the final product yields way less pain, I would describe it as subtle discomfort the first night but sleeping on my side with the small micro tape gave me zero trouble. My experience with micro links left me hurting for a few days so this was a welcome relief to me. The hair so far has been fantastic; I went with 22" to start and it feels light and voluminous. The color match was spot on.... Literal perfect match, I do believe she blended two shades to create my custom color. I was apprehensive about one thing, I could tell the quality seemed on point BUT I have had the hardest time finding European hair that's wavy. They appeared pin straight to start however She told me as soon as I washed the extensions they would wave naturally, and they have done just that.... Not curly but wavy which is really nice, it keeps the length but adds texture. Very simple maintenance with a lot of product options to prolong the life of the extensions. I have yet to get my first maintenance but so far so good and it's safe to say I am officially hooked! I may even go longer next time
