Fah is the only one I trust to bring all my hair dreams to life! Her and her family are true artists at what they do! The colour combinations created for me are flawless and perfectly blended every time! I have tried both the standard and premium lines and have never been disappointed. The Indian Remy was a good first time experience for me a couple of years ago but now that I have had the chance to try the European Premium more recently, premium is definitely the way to go. The hair is so light and natural looking and feeling, it feels like I'm not wearing anything at all. I've received nothing but compliments and friends and co-workers have been asking for Fah's number like crazy! My natural hair isn't the thickest so the fact that the premium line is light on my scalp/roots is amazing! I came here on a suggestion of a friend who had the nicest hair extensions. I wanted to get hair extensions and have never done it before so as you can imagine I was nervous and a bit apprehensive. Well that was a year ago and I can tell you that this place is amazing! Every time I come here I am treated with respect and I feel as though they're listening to me when I speak about what it is exactly that I'm looking for. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming and very knowledgable. Fah & Natalie are truly awesome!! I don't often give out five stars but I definitely know that they earned every one of them in my review. One of the best things I find is they don't just go ahead and do whatever they want, they listen to you, they ask questions about what you're looking for and they inform you as they go along. They are always there to answer your questions and I've even had them squeeze me in at times when it was last minute. I find many businesses lacking in customer service. This is NOT the case here.
