The damage was moderate ($3500-$4000), but again Hilltop did a fine job. I was travelling out of town at the time and wouldn't return until after the repair completion date. They agreed to hold the car till I returned. Because of the type of impact on the car I was concerned that the alignment or alignment components had been damaged. Hilltop took my car to Les Schwab who checked out the alignment. Luckily there was not issue. Hilltop dealt directly with the other driver's insurance and were easy for me to deal with. When I picked up the car, Hilltop had cleaned it inside and out. It looked better than it had for quite a while. I certainly will recommend Hilltop to friends and family in need of repairs.

Too much personal information, on my first visit I met a front office person with a hearing disability. They told me in confidence they hoped to stay with VIP.
