I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. I had 4 quotes total and these guys had the best price by far and they were rated highly on YELP. So I gave them the order. The workers worked neatly and efficiently. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. Absolute Disaster!!!…read more I hired this person for hardwood floor grinding and refinishing. Pictures tell the story. If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

After the FIRST install we had had a massive showing seam in the entry way of our bedroom. (* Totally related to installation) it was not fixed and be eventually our entire room had to be replaced because of " carpet delamination" -which they did replace... In the most atrocious hack job which was not only my opinion but other professional installers opinions when they came to see the job. I ended up taking many pictures and the one that's always the most comical it's a fact that they actually stapled the carpet all the way along the walls of the room which is totally absurd. They left a HUGE SEAM DOWN THE MIDDLE OF OUR ROOM and I called immediately to have this fixed.. And we cancelled the company remaining jobs to do our whole house..... ..... FIVE MONTHS LATER ARE STILL TRYING TO GET OUR 500.00 BACK AND BE A PROPER INSTALL of carpet. I have, in Facebook messages ( one of the only business people I know who doesn't SPEAK to be people, only writes on messages through Facebook) all the messages and pictures and have contacted a local t.v. station and lawyer to get help. We moved here from Florida and prided ourselves on supporting local companies.. This is one I would never suggest!!

We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. Our floors are beautiful and I can't stop looking at them, even five days later. If/when we need to do anything with the rest of the floors in our home, we will be reaching out to NT Hardwood Floors again.
