He set an appt for me said he would have them in just one day. The appt was for four days later. I drove the 35 minutes from my house to his shop, called before I got there only to have him tell me he still did not have my step bars yet. Gave me some bullshit excuse about delivery issues. Of course he NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME THIS JUST BLEW ME OFF UNTIL THE APPT DAY ARRIVED AND CALLED HIM MINUTES FROM HIS SHOP! The hardware to fasten them to the truck was a total joke of a mess. Not to mention the lazy ass used bright silver hardware on solid black step bars which stands out like a sore thumb. Looks terrible. I asked if the mounting hardware come in a kit with the bars, which I had to ask twice before getting an answer. He said they did come in a kit with the bars. Two bolts completely missing. Some had one washer some had two. ALL WERE LOOSE, EVERY LAST ONE. Except the ones that got sheared off from being over-torqued with the broken heads still stuck in there! When I called and asked about he said stupid lazy ass shit to me like, "I don't know what size bolts it needs without you bringing it back over for me to look at it." He basically just wanted to avoid having to screw with making it right for me and made one excuse after another until I lost my temper with him and cussed him for lazy ass punk. Made a couple of smart ass remarks too like, "Bring it over and if I have the right size we'll sure jam 'em in the far ya." Ok, Gilligan, thanks for all the effort. Complete lack of professionalism or giving a damn. Also flat lied and said every hole does not need a bolt the extra holes are for 3/4 ton trucks, which was obvious bullshit. Each mounting area has 3 holes for bolts, period. I had to turn them several times to get them tight even with a very small ratchet. He obviously did a lazy ass fat man's job on my truck. Lazy, expectant and does shit work. Tried to buy car stereo gear from him but he gave me different prices on the same gear all three different times I asked. Had he none done this would have bought audio gear from him too. Pat simply does lazy shit work all the way around. And if you confront him with his shit work you get these lame ass obvious lazy bullshit excuses.

I had an appointment from 8am - noon, but they waited until that morning to let me know that my 10 yr old Honda has to be brought in because they lack the ability to do it outside the shop. If they haven't figured out how to work on modern vehicles much less a 10 year old vehicle, just find a place with professional capabilities to actually work on average vehicles onsite or just take it to the nearest random glass shop. You'll be in same situation but closer to home since there are only two metro locations. The whole point of even considering this company is that they come to you. Maybe if you drive a go cart as I'm sure a golf cart would be too complicated for them to work on in your driveway.
