Every time we go to Zales jt is an awful experience no matter which location we go to. I love my…read moreengagement ring but everytime I go to the required six month check in for the life time warranty we have a bad experience. The bad customer service started when we first went to pick out a ring. I love aquamarine because it is my husband & I birthstone, my favourite colour and I don't like diamonds. The worker shamed me for wanting the ring it picked. My husband & I could only guess she wanted a bigger sale which she would of gotten because we were getting a Disney necklace & bracelet before the comments. We also got the life time warranty which I need to bring it into the store to get clean & inspected. They can never find our account. We bring in the paper warranty with all the info and still they have issues. They have multiple system and none of them are connected. Now the visit today, 24 Feb 2024, was awful. We arrived right after opening, 11:02, and waited 36 minutes to get help because they were understaff. When we finally started to get help we told her I was here to get my ring serviced & 2 stones replaced. She put my ring in the ultra sonic & said she could only clean it since it wasn't/we didn't have a diamond band(we got my wedding band somewhere else). I told her with my warranty my stone would be replaced & ring fully serviced. She continued to say no. After about 5 minutes of back and forth she finally actually read what our warranty covered. Then we had the issue of pulling up our account was a 10 min ordeal. We signed & initial all the paperwork where she told us. I took a couple minutes putting on the paperwork in my folder. We got a message an hour after we left the mall from the woman saying we initial where we were suppose to sign and she couldn't process our service and we needed to drive back to sign. We talked to the store manager about the message & she handled it to where we didn't need to drive back(our only decent interaction with zales) I honestly have such awful feeling attached to my engagement ring that I really love that all stem & compound from that first sales rep.

I needed clothes for upcoming job interviews and Winston, the store manager, was excellent…read more Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, not pushy and allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted to see. One of the shirts I picked out fit well but I wanted the sleeve length a bit longer as to show outside the jacket. Winston proposed that I take the one I tried on for the interviews, since I liked the fit and the color otherwise, and for me to come back after my interviews and he would then order the same shirt with a longer sleeve for me to trade. I thought that was pretty cool. A good example of investing in the customer instead of hanging him out to dry.

Three people at the register and no one speaks. I thought maybe it was a fluke. So, I come back in a week later two people at the registers and no one speaks. I am glad the woman on the floor doing recovery actually spoke and helped. I was looking at Stitch items and she laughed and said she never saw the Movie but they had pillows in the 5 plus section. This actually made my granddaughter's day. She loves Lilo and Stitch. Two weeks go by and I come back in still no one at the register speaks but they did greet the people who came in after me. I get a rolling cart. It is of good value for only $20 and fits my things perfect for organization purposes. Over all I love the value of some of the items in the store and after a few years I have gotten use to things not always being $5. Just at this location I believe soft skills need to be trained.

I was having a conversation witb the young lady about my watches and a place where ive taken my watches in tbe.past .that was less. The repair guy came out and gave me my watches, and said.take your watches to the store you use to go to, You've mentioned one time to many. I said i wasnt talking to you. He said i dont care. When someone gives me a price i just accept and move on. I then said i'm different from you and I have a right to my opinion ?? Well apparently not there, he thanked me and i left and told him that i will tell others about him and his ways. I took my watches someplace else and it was less expensive. Maybe he has heard that his location was pricey before, and he showed me, he was saying by his actions to take your cheap black ass business elsewhere, and keep your mouth shut in my store. I'm not an arrogant person nor was i talking to him. Well!!! He obviously didnt want my business, (his asst couldnt say anyting, but she nodded that the batterirs were expensive) . I will never set foot in that store, where my conversation is scrutinized unbeknowst to me. He deals with whom he wants. What if all stores picked and chose,.? Sounds like 1930 to me.
