Had the insta-brite team out yesterday. Could not have been happier. Had the roof algae removed and new siding cleaned of construction debris. Very professional and great service. Also had the deck and railing cleaned and prepped for stain. They knew what they were doing and did not "burn" the railing or deck. Stain came out great after the perfect surface preparation. I recently parked my car in a garage they were cleaning, and as I sat in my car I thought the roof was falling down but instead it was just their careless employee blowing pebbles and other debris on my car... This careless act resulted in multiple scratches on my vehicle. When I approached them about the damage, they outright denied any responsibility. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is appalling. I expected a cleaning company to be more careful and considerate of the vehicles in the garage they get paid to clean and I alerted the hotel staff and will be alerting the parking garage owner about the company and careless and lazy work they did that resulted in damage to my vehicle. read more

Felt like I had to endure the third degree to get answers. If I wanted get talked down too, I'd be better off talking to my children.

Hard to find a truck washout in this area but I am glad I found this location, great for semis, friendly staff and quick washout, well, I was first in line lol but only took one guy about 20mins or so to complete. I will definitely come back here if I need to. Not much more to say than awesome customer service. read more

These guys are the best. I've tried other services to wash my oil trucks and service vans but nobody comes close. I choose to stop in to their facility in Whitman and have to say their employees treat your truck the way you would yourself.They take the time no matter how many or how few trucks are waiting in line. We called Insta-Brite to clean our house and shed so that we could put our house on the market. They were so easy to work with, came earlier than expected, and did a great job. Matt and Matt were awesome. When I accidentally messed up my payment in their website and got charged twice, they corrected my mistake the same day and refunded the money right away. No one even comes close these guys are the best in the power washing and pressure cleaning business I had a problem with mold on my roof they came in advise me on how they would do the work as not to damage my shingles did it came back perform the second process and now it looks like I have a new roof on shingles at 25 years old . They did a great job and for a reasonable price. My roof had been very dirty because there are big trees over it. It had a layer of moss and dirt and there were even weeds growing out of it. Now it looks new and the rest of the house is clean too. I think the price seemed fair. it was lower than I feared it would be so I didn't bother to get additional estimates. Instabrite has done work for me a number of times. They prices are reasonable and there workers are very courteous. I highly recpmend them.

After several snow storms we had a problem with ice filled drains. After a call to Insta-brite within hours the problem was solved. Dave the manager was able to find two workers who appeared at our house within hours of our initial call. They quickly set up their equipment, removed the ice from the gutters and a portion of the roof and then just as quickly packed up and went on their way. They were courteous quick and efficient. All this during a major snow storm. read more

Extremely pleased. Everything from my initial contact, to the estimate, to the scheduling was easy breezy. They showed up to my house exactly on time and the young man (Steve) who washed our house was amazing. The temperature that day was well into the nineties and he worked non stop to get the work done and make the house look brand new again. Just had my Trex deck and vinyl siding cleaned by these guys and they did a fabulous job . Gutters came out great too. Would use them again in a couple years from now when I'll need to wash the areas again. read more
