Great shop full of souvenirs with decent prices. Bought a few things for friends at home, like…read morescarves and tins of shortbread. I thought the prices were comparable with what I've seen at other places and the quality superior. For the history of the place, it used to be the stables for the castle and the horses used to take a dip in the river. Then the menagerie was moved to Regent Park and later it became the zoo. Or so said the helpful check out person on the second floor. I would definitely recommend.

They have huge selection of posters from movie scenes, adverts, comics and music bands. I bought the most gorgeous photographic mixed with paint - it was one of 200 and it is my pride and joy! They always have new and fun pieces and the lady who owns the store is fantastic! Don't forget to scroll through the copious quantities of cards outside the shop! You will end up buying a few.

It feels more like an upmarket tourist souvenir shop than a champion of arts and crafts. Apparently everything except the jewellery is made from recycled materials, so this is the common threat. The back of the shop offers a wide range of greeting cards, and I liked the mosaic mirrors, but overall the appeal was a bit too kitsch for my liking.

Since we were so early we were able to browse the market, vendors and food options without big crowds or lines. There were two areas of the market along with the brick and mortar stores in the area. The food options were great, and if we had more time during our visit I would have made this a regular spot for us to visit so we could try more of the options. There's a wide variety of cuisine offered from Dirty Bagel's pulled pork sandwiches, which we bought, to hand pulled noodles, coffee, chai, baked items, and so much more. I wish we had tried more of the food vendors! The other vendors had a lot of clothing, gifts, art and accessories and there were some that seemed to have more than one booth, while others were very unique. There was free wifi in the market, which was great since our hotel had terrible wifi. They also had plenty of seating for those who wanted to enjoy food. Next time we're in the area we will be back!

Mixed in among the dragons and lotus cakes were plenty of Santa items, miles of stockings, shining baubles of ornaments, little creches, plush snowmen, seasons greeting cards and the like. Besides all this festive ware, there were also nice gift items - jewelry, postcards, purses, toys, gadget-like objects and the like. The atmosphere was warm like melty butter with lights that shown down in sunny glow. The place had a nice feel to it, but it was not, overall, the King's crown, or even his pajamas. They have beautiful furniture (dinning room tabels, chairs, cabinets and shelving) all of which have great individual style. My favourite items in here are the trinkets and decor. They have beautiful bird cages for decor that you can put candles in as well as beautiful lighting and ornaments. It's a brilliant place if you're looking for gifts as they have stuff for men, women and children. The prices are reasonable and the staff are great.

It's a great place to head for an unusual gift or for someone hard to buy for. A lot of the stuff is a bit pricey but you can tell it's good quality. I'll definitely be popping in here when I move house to get some of the kitsch lighting and kitchenware they stock.
