Every morning Ms. Naudia is always present and friendly with a great attitude doing all she can to assure the daycare is ran smoothly. My daughter is so smart and I know it has a lot to do with the curriculum that little angels academy follows. If anything goes wrong it is always handled with professionalism and understanding. When my daughter asked about it owner stated that she had 9 month Olds that were motr advanced than my grandson and that it wouldn't hurt him to be in the room with the infants. She has been rude to my daughter more than one time. She told my daughter today that if she brought my grandson back after today she would make my daughters life a living hell. I'm sure my daughter did have an attitude with her after the way she has treated by grandson. Extremely unprofessional. If you are not passionate about caring for children perhaps you chose the wrong occupation.

Not to mention that she has some sort of sickness every other week. And I, the parent am 'unenrolled' because I filed a complaint and voiced my frustration with the lack of supervision and empathy of the staff. Protect your child!! Ask your child questions!! This center needs a total revamp. The district manager is insensitive and will not put your childs best interest first! Her concern is protecting her job. Be careful of the façade when visiting. It is a total deception! After 4 months my child will endure years of psychological treatment and no longer be the cheerful and outgoing child that she once was. True enough my son is my last child and definitely spoiled but everyday when I picked up my son it was always something!! He crying about this and that! I mean he's only 4 bday is in December so I mean you have to give a child time to adapt to the new surroundings! He was previously at his other school from 6 weeks until February 2023!! With them being new and just opened on 2/14/2023! I thought they could handle it but that was not the case! If your child is over 6 months and cry's don't bring them because they honestly can't handle that and I understand she wants the kids to be perfect because of the academy on the end but come on now!! Then showed me a video of my son crying without my consent and to me that was a red flag!! In the midst of a child crying you supposed to give them comfort not let them be in distress!! She stated that she was only the assistant director and that I would have to talk to Mia the director, whom was not there even though it was about 11 am, Okay, no problem I called Mia at about 3 and she seemed pleasant enough, she stated that she has to call the owner to get permission, so I called back at about 5 and she still did not have an answer for me. In two days I called 9 times, still no answer to my question. the last call she took my number and stated that she would call me back before she left that day, no phone call. Wow, I am dumbfounded. My son has a vegan diet, and I wanted to know if I could bring all his meals a simple yes or no would have been sufficient and I would have had no need to give them a bad review but I can not accept unprofessionalism.
