It was so efficient to schedule an inspection appointment over the phone :) . A senior inspector named Chad promptly came out to my property as scheduled at 9 AM last Wednesday to comprehensively inspect the functionality of my property. He took a lot of detailed photos and meticulously pointed out areas of my home that needed immediate attention, including the master bathroom tub that still needed to be properly anchored and secured to the floor. He promptly produced and emailed me a summary and full comprehensive report of his findings shortly after 12 noon that very same day :) ! I was really grateful that he pointed out observations and repairs that needed immediate attention that my builder, Palo Verde Homes, would have to address and fix prior to closing. Thanks so much, Chad :D !! I would also like to thank Lori as well for providing me with insight and information regarding Integrity's services and what most homeowners like to do, and why :) !! A month before my appointment I did some research on the company and liked what I heard and saw. I was also recommended to this company by our plumber. I called and spoke to Sandra which was extremely nice and would immediately provided an estimate. I was talking to another company that quoted the same price and could do it at the same time I had requested but since I liked Sandra's style and professionalism I ended up going with Pro Reglazing. I was confirmed the time and date. We showed up to the property on our confirmed time. After about 30 minutes I started to call, text and email. About an hour and a half after the appointment time I got a call from Sandra. She said they had texted me to reschedule. I never got anything from them. No text, no call no email. They said it was a medical emergency with the tech. I understand those things happen and I would work with them but I'm only in town for one week. This is our rental property. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me. She never called back. The owner never called. They completely left me hanging. This is NOT acceptable. Very disappointed with her and the company. A call back would have been appropriate with any type of outcome. A call back means everything.

So on the hunt for a different antique shop (specifically one that sells antiques from hotels... turns out it's now closed or moved) we zipped past West Studio. What really caught our attention was the big wooden doors with their sign up above. It wasn't easy to determine exactly what we'd find here, but we knew it was worth a look. On the outside we found a lot of antique doors, but hidden in between each bunch of doors is something unique like a wooden planter or large metal milk jugs. On the covered outdoor portion there was a lot of rustic wood available for purchase as well as some tables and bars. Inside we found a small collection of refinished and newly built tables, chairs, cabinets, and the like. I was specifically looking for a table for our front entrance, but I knew that I needed to find one that the price point was right since I was more than likely going to be painting part or all of it. They did have one table that I liked, but for what I'd be doing to it the price wasn't right for me. That being said, I contemplated buying a cabinet we didn't need. We spoke with one of the staff members on site and he did let us know that they can also finish wood projects for you as well as reupholster chairs. This is a really good stop if you're looking for pieces that could be turned into something else (i.e. doors into a table). You really have to give yourself some time though to look over all of the pieces. I was really impressed by the quality of woods available that would be perfect for any type of unique project you're looking to do.

Finally when they delivered they were printed with the wrong finish and said he would have to charge more to re-paint to the correct the finish. I didn't trust him to bring it back again so just paid him to not have to ever deal with him again!
