Can I select negative stars?We had terrible service, he was not dependable at all. He was supposed to come before noon every Saturday. I got a text confirming my Saturday morning appt. He didn't show up. I texted him at 1pm. He said that he wouldn't be coming because he had to go get a covid test. Ok, I understand that but shoot me a text so I don't spend my entire Saturday waiting for you. The next time he sent me a text saying he wasn't coming that Saturday because there was going to be high winds...which there wasn't and my weather app said nothing about high winds. The next Saturday we got a text confirming our appt. My 20 year old daughter opened the back gate so they could go back and clean the pool, and stayed in the living room all morning and mid afternoon so she could hear the doorbell or knock (also we have two dogs that bark when anyone parks anywhere in our cul de sac). They didn't bark, the doorbell didn't ring, nobody knocked. Finally I messaged him and he said they came and waited outside and we weren't home. He asked if I wanted him to come the next day. I said "what time" and he never replied or came the next day. Then I got a message saying he wasn't going to service our pool anymore. I've never in my life had anyone so incompetent do any kind of work for me, nor has anyone ever had anything but great things to say about us as customers. He worked for us for 5 weeks, it should have been 5 cleanings. He came twice. This guy is a joke. read more
