I LOVE my closet! I was working with California closets simultaneously on a design but I went with Inspired Closets. The design aesthetic is just beautiful and Eileen did a great job capturing my vision for a truly glamorous closet. She was also an absolute pleasure to work with, turned around design revisions quickly and was one of the main reason I chose Inspired closets! I also think your lead time from signing the contact to installation, and communication via email about updates and process was very good and just enough. The installation crew did a terrific job keeping everything clean and taking care while working inside my home. This was greatly appreciated. We moved from a 3 story townhouse to a 2 bedroom apartment, and really needed help with our "stuff". Their crew worked efficiently and clean. I LOVE my walk-in closet! I went through the design process with other vendors such as The Container Store and California Closets but I ended up choosing this one because of their reasonable price, comparable build and design quality (if not better), willingness to work with me closely, and great friendly people with family/small business feel. Andy and Amy were super nice and helpful. They worked with me closely to get what I wanted based on my budget and features. One useful thing about their process is they provide an online 3D tool for viewing the design as they update the design. This helps with the visual making my busy life a bit easier. During the build process, they were quite considerate and careful about not damaging my floors and walls. I am very happy with the result! It was a great experience. read more

I had the most fabulous experience working with Amy and Andy on a closet for my master bedroom! From the design process to the installation everything was absolutely top notch and stress free. Amy was incredibly patient with my endless design questions and had creative solves for the challenges that installing a closet in an old house brings. The installation team was amazing as well. They could not have been more respectful to my open work from home environment, my skittish rescue dog and my home in general. They answered all of my questions and even helped me make some last minute decisions. The attention to detail in the final product is fantastic and I am loving my new closet! We had a fantastic experience with Inspired Closets! We worked with them to transform a blank wall in our master bedroom into a new closet/organizational space, given that the closet built in to our Philadelphia rowhome was inadequate and inconveniently placed. Prior to selecting Inspired Closets, we did consultations with The Container Store (difficult to reach a person; conflicting information from rep to rep) and California Closets (representative was a bit snobby, especially as soon as she found out my "budget" price point). Eileen made choosing Inspired Closets easy by being incredibly pleasant, friendly and not afraid of our limited budget. Interestingly, her creativity, openness and willingness to work within our budget is exactly what made us blow it a bit out of the window. She didn't pressure us AT ALL, but instead delivered a number of designs that 100% fit our budget; then a few more that were out of range, but really maximized the space and what she felt would serve us best given our expressed needs. Ultimately, we fell in love with the design and decided that it was worth it to make the heftier investment. Now that everything is built it, we couldn't be more pleased. The closet/storage space is gorgeous, high-quality and absolutely maximizes our space. I smile every time I see it, and am already thinking about the upgrade value it will one day add if we decide to sell our home. Although we can't afford it right now, we will definitely return to Inspired Closets for future projects. I'm already envisioning so many additional gorgeous spaces we could add to our home! One final note - the communication from the team was top notch throughout the entire process. We are simply delighted with our new closet spaces designed and installed by Inspired Closets. We got the contact information for Amy and Andy Popkin the owners through new neighbors who graciously offered to show us some of their work which was amazing. The design process facilitated by Amy was relaxed and enjoyable ( what is not to love about a "shoe shrine") and yet every detail was meticulously covered. Amy also suggested options options that would give us a beautiful result and save some money. At measuring Andy was able to see some of the constraints (eg. Sprinkler heads) posed by our location and we met again to finalize design and selections. It was made very clear to us that final adjustments would be made on site as the job was completed and that there was still flexibility to add some finishing touches (eg hooks, moving the mirror) as things progressed on the job. We were given a firm installation date with plenty of advance notice. Our installation took two days and we cannot say enough about Chris and Matt our installers. They took meticulous care in their work, protected our home from any potential damage, and cleaned up both days like your mom always taught you! Every contact with Inspired Closets was professional, and everyone showed a keen interest in our project. The materials and installation are of the highest quality and we believe we got true value for the money invested.
