My husband and I were fortunate to find Main Line Kitchen Design when planning our kitchen…read morerenovation. Paul worked with us from start to finish. He listened to our priorities, concerns, and talked through all of our questions. I also greatly appreciated that he communicated equally with both me and my husband - this was very important to me as I found other businesses had a tendency to address only to my husband by default. Paul helped us brainstorm creative ideas for redesigning our kitchen space and provided a lot of helpful advice and customer education. Paul was patient, communicative, and timely. He also linked us with an experienced contractor who made our kitchen a reality. We're incredibly happy with the result of our renovation and would not hesitate to worth with Paul and Main Line Kitchen Design again.

I'm in California, but wish I could work with this business! I found the Main Line Kitchen Design…read moreblog during a web search on cabinets. They have a blog on cabinet ratings - incredibly helpful. I got a bid from a Northern California contractor that uses a local cabinet supplier/importer. Those cabinets were in my budget but didn't meet the quality criteria listed in the article. This article also listed ratings for more than 50 brands, including ones that they don't use. My other contractor offered two manufacturers in the blog at competitive prices. The brands this company uses to design kitchens for their clients were rated best. There's no benefit for this business to rate brands they don't sell. But the information in this article helps so many people. If this business gives articles like this to the public, I am sure they will provide top notch service to their customers.

I, too, purchased a LivingSocial deal and was excited by the prospect of getting a new closet in my…read morenew house! However, I never actually got the chance to redeem this deal. Each time I called to schedule an appointment, my call was returned with a text or an e-mail. When I replied or called, Anton never called me back. Then I would randomly get a call/text saying that Anton was on his way, when we had never made an agreement to meet and when I wasn't even home! I would call, and I just couldn't get this guy on the phone to set up a legitimate appointment. To me, this is no way to run a business. I suspect that the guy is overwhelmed by the number of deals purchased through LivingSocial, but still, that's no way to get repeat customers or referrals. I feel that the way someone treats his customers is a direct reflection on his quality of work, and based on this experience, I wouldn't let Anton within 100 yards of my closet, even despite the nice pictures on his website. In the end, I was forced to call LivingSocial and get a refund, which means I'm now stuck with a $200 credit on their website because I was outside the cash refund period.
