I have been taking classes at Inspire since the day Dan opened the door in October 2018. This beautiful space with its old creaky wood floors and brick walls is such a great place to be at the end of a long workday. Dans classes are a great mix of hard work and fun. Katrina has a beautiful calm way about her for a peaceful YIN class on Sunday morning which sets you up with a relaxed peace of mind for the rest of the day. Sarah's meditation class is perfect as the last thing to do before you take yourself home and sets you up for a great nights sleep. Such a hidden gem here in Lethbridge. The studio has such an incredible chill vibe when you walk in, the exposed brick is so beautiful!! And the teachers and owner of the studio are the most kind, welcoming people you will ever meet. I have been practicing here for nearly 2 years now, and it has become one of the best parts of my week. You will walk out of there with a full heart, a clear mind, and likely a new friend. I decided to give yoga a try and began looking for a yoga studio. I never considered hot yoga, but the introductory price was great. The studio is amazing! I found I enjoy the heat and am able to continue challenging myself with each class I attend. The instructors and the Inspire community are supportive and encouraging. All the teachers are wonderful, they are so good at guiding you through the practice and also offering advanced poses if you want to push yourself or modifications if your body needs something different.
