I have been dealing with nerve damage due to a accident 8 years ago and many surgeries. After just one class with her she noticed what my body was having trouble doing and made adjustments so by the time if the end of the class my body truly relaxed and the spasms were not happening. I also for the first time in eight years was able to get up off the floor, by myself. The pain of kneeling, caused by my two knee replacements surgeries, following the accident, hasn't allowed me to do that without help from my husband. That was huge to me. Then a friend brought me in for a free trial workout and though I left feeling exhausted, and really sweaty, I was hooked. Each and every time you walk through the door you know you will be completing a different, yet challenging, workout. The coaches are there to encourage and push you, but they can also help modify the workouts to accommodate people of all fitness levels. That is one of my favorite things about OTF-there are people there of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels, it is really a friendly, non-intimidating way of staying healthy and having fun! The worst gym in Lethbridge…read more Filthiest place i have ever been in and thats coming from someone who has been in gym all over the world. No enforcement of wiping down equipment after use. Not enough staff to keep the mens change room clean and so soap is always out in the mens room. Used towels all over the floor in the mens room. Sanitizing spray bottles always empty and paper towels always out. Even the Personal Trainers do not clean the equipment as they are teaching. I am sorry, i ever signed on at this place. Have never had health issues before, but now i have skin condition contracted from this place. Stay away from this place at all costs!!!!! Looking for a new gym in Lethbridge, even if i have to buy out the contract i will do that, just to get away from this place.

The person I was doing the tour of the facility with made a comment about changes in payment policy and Sarah threw us both out. I did like the gym though. Tried to apologize for my friend.
