Before posting this review, I have tried contacting the owner several times about child safety -- with no response. Here are a couple of child safety issues I have observed: -- Instance #1: About two months ago on a week night, a one and a half year old ran out from the kids center. And due to short staffing, it wasn't noticed by staff members. Luckily, I stopped the child from running out to the gym floor. When I brought this to the director's attention, (Cindy), she said that it never happened because the cameras didn't see it happen. Scoffing and rolling her eyes. She then got back on her tablet, and ignored me. --Instance #2: The child care was short staffed. When this happens, they put the older kids with the infants/toddlers. On a few of those instances, other parents and I, have seen the older kids hurt the smaller children (violently at times). After witnessing this, I tried to find the Director and she was no where to be found. She was on "Break". -- Instance #3: Last night (4/7/26) at roughly 5:15 pm. There was one staff member to probably 20 kids. I tried to talk to the director. Once again, she rudely rolled her eyes at me. Then her and the front desk girl started laughing and mocking me. And said within earshot, "What's her f**** problem". Hopefully after posting this review the, child safety issues are addressed. And the employee culture as well. ***Review update: The owner finally contacted me, and he said all the right things. I will update the review further if changes regarding the safety issues and toxic employee culture are truly addressed. ***

Or an opaque purse 4.5" × 6.5" good luck finding that exact thing. I went to 2 stores to find that. You cannot bring in any snacks or drinks. You may bring a container for water. What a royal pain. You better get there a couple of hours early to choose your spot as there are a couple of trees right in the line of sight. And if you have the misfortune of getting there right before the gates open, you may as well kiss your chance for a good spot goodbye. If you sit in the back the food line is right in front of you. So I will not see another show there ever again. So not worth it. The two stars, are for the artists we could not see. By the way, the cost for those tickets was $198.00 .

To my surprise, I kept seeing Cha Cha engaging people in little and large pods everywhere. She engaged young children balance plastic plates on tall sticks, wave very large ribbons around in the air, join hands for circle games....... Cha Cha also walked around on stilts and did cool things with those long ribbons. She was everywhere. I received several comments from vendors who observed Cha Cha working very hard and bringing smiles to Festival goers. She is very professional and very worth the price. Cha Cha is a SE Portland resident and also has a very musical husband and teenagers. We also hired her husband's band "7 Bridges"

To make matters worse, my wife was met with aggressive rudeness when she visited the businesss during "open" business hours. The staff's unprofessional behavior and unhelpful attitude are unacceptable, especially when trying to cancel a membership. The fact that the staff member was uncooperative and helpful, making the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult, is disappointing. Additionally, the hours of operation listed on Yelp differ from those listed on Google and the facility's website, showcasing a need for more attention to detail, organization, and pride in one's business. I cannot recommend NW Gymnastics Training Center to anyone looking for a responsive and organized gymnastics training center.At this point, any response from the business other than a simple sorry is just should be noted as attention diversion or a lack of acceptance of ownership of the poorly behaved staff and owner, as described in nearly half of the reviews.
