I interviewed a couple of other realtors to kind of feel them out, and they gave me a used car salesman kind of vibe. Tim is the exact opposite. He came to every single showing. He never pressured us to lower the price, but did provide thoughtful analysis of the market in our neighborhood weekly and was patient and supportive of our decisions. This is the professional manner all real agents (and everyone else no matter the job) should conduct the job.
