The Management Company (Briar Grace Management) and all of the people who represent the management company are exceptional. The buildings and pool are are always meticulously maintained. Building Management installed an electrical outlet next to our parking space so that my wife could charge her electric scooter which she need for mobility. The Management Company also installed a special threshold to make access to our apartment easer. The Management Company responds immediately to any requests for service and we are always greeted with a smile by all of the staff who treat the tenants as they would their own family. Then Andy told me to use his name as a reference since I told him the landlords bullied me, harassed me, and did not fix major repairs and he badmouthed me to my new landlord. So throw in jeopardizing my rental security after being traumatized for 2 years by bully slumlords. Nice guy.
