I ended up getting a few towers, some raw specimens, and a little carving of a cat. I've never in my life felt compelled to get a rock carving of anything but it was that cute. The pricing here is very fair. A lot of people think that crystals are supposed to cost three bucks and that's not the case. When you pay a cheap price like that it means you're getting something made out of resin. They only have real items here and they are priced an accordingly. I got four different items and paid $60ish bucks which I was very happy with. I expected at least $80. The service is great. I believe it is a husband and wife that run the place and they are always very kind and knowledge. They are also really good at figuring out whether you're a chatty person or not. I'm not and in general when a retail person is in my ear the whole time I'm in a store it stresses me out. They were cheerful with me but let me browse in peace. There was another customer in there who seemed to LOVE small talk and they picked up on that right away, and gave it to her. I'm always impressed when anyone in a store can read the room like that. When I was there they had their extremely polite child at the register "helping". Normally I wouldn't even notice but I don't think I've ever met a family that had such a polite, well spoken child that young. She literally asked me 12 questions in four minutes but they were all appropriate and it was really kind of fun (even as someone that runs from small talk) to have that interaction. When my mom asked a question she snapped at my mother which was straight disrespectful. I did get a wonderful tarot reading, but the owners daughter kept interrupting and spilling water all over. They did nothing to correct the behavior. Needles to say, never going back.

We did the salt cave which is 45 minutes of meditation as you relax and smell the salts and take in the good vibes. And we did the hand and foot salts where you place your hand and feet on salt blocks and let the heat and salts absorb into your skin. As we waited there was a store with a ton of minerals, CBD, drinks, towels, gifts etc for you to buy. Parking is plentiful. We came on a Sunday morning at 11am and we did a walk in. They were receptive and attentive to my requests. I booked a 60 minute private sound healing session, followed by 90 minutes of reiki. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by very kind staff members. I filled out a small amount of paperwork. I then went back with Lynn for my sound healing. Lynn was a very very nice person and I look forward to doing sound healing with her again in the future. The room was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The bed warms up if you like. She has 3 different size knee support pillows for your comfort. She has eye masks to wear. She was blankets, including weighted ones. She asks permission to do things that require touch. It's up to you. After you're done, she will tell you her findings (such as what chakra is blocked). She then led me to a tea station to have some water or tea if I like while I waited for reiki. You can have one bag of tea and they had quite an assortment and lists if they're caffeine free or how much caffeine it contains. Denise then came to grab me for my reiki session. She is a reiki master. She was also very kind. We talked a bit before getting started about me and about what she does. My session was incredible. I felt a bit emotional during the sound bath but I felt it very strongly here. I wasn't expecting it but it was good for me and a safe space to experience that. I was also drifting into sleep and not having a loud mind which is not usual for me. It was amazing. In the beginning and end she goes over what chakras are blocked and/or open. She will tell you what she saw or felt during it. And she will let you do an oracle pull. Denise also helped me with some questions I had in the gift shop. Oh. And someone else in the gift shop was super friendly too ... just didn't know their name or I can't recall it. And the gift shop itself is great. Tons of crystals, some jewelry, gummies, oils, skin care, tea, buffalo bills themed stuff, etc. I would go here weekly if I could but my budget will not allow it; I plan to go as much as I can though as it really helped me and was such a safe and welcoming space! Items for sale were all reasonably priced and there were around 160 vendors. It took awhile to decide what I wanted/needed to buy. Finally bought 3 stained glass flowers ($5 ea) to put in my planters and a pretty necklace ($18). I wanted another necklace but it had no price and there was no answer from the artist after the cashier tried to get a hold of them which is a shame because they lost a sale). I was visiting from another state but I hope I get another chance to go back.

I nentered a store close to where I live where Ellen gives readings. I had met the store owner several times prior to this, I enjoyed her establishment She also refered me to Mrs Bourn. I booked an appt for a reading as a result. I made my payment and was unable to make the appt. Due to personal reasons until the following month so I put half payment down a month in advance to hold the spot open for me. and as the time grew near I became very excited to see what insights Mrs Bourne would have to give me on life events, things in my life she may pick up on, information about myself, my life.I had NO idea how the reading would go, I was excited to finally see what it would entail. On the day of my appt. I spent the time doing daily chores and preparing for my visit at 5:30pm. Ellen's last appt.thst day. ( or so I was told). I must mention I live directly NEXT DOOR to where I was having my reading done, literally less than a five min. Walk. When I got to the store, I was greeted by the owner, who told me Ellen would be with me shortly, Ellen was in the back of the store behind a screen talking to a woman . I paid my other half of my appt. Fee, of 40 dollars, was told that would be for 40 or so min. Of a reading, then was told if I wanted to make it a half hour I could pay another 20 for an additional 10 minutes added to my reading making the entire reading a half hour for $60. I paid the $20. The owner walked back to Ellen and told her that I paid the additional $20 for a half hour reading instead of the $40. When the entire experience took an unpleasant turn. From behind the screen I could hear Ellen's voice agitated and angry saying no.. that I was late. "I'm not going to give him another 10 min.!! I can't do it I've got places to be" !! "And besides that he was late"! she repeated that several times in a angry agitated LOUD voice. The whole experience was offsetting to me I couldn't believe she was speaking and acting way, in such an ugly manner. The other customers in the store could hear her as well basically making it like I had done something wrong!! chastising me and belittling me. NOT to mention when she said I was late, at the time I looked down at my cell phone and the time read 5:33. IF I were late at all it was NO later than 2 or 3 minutes late!! Not to mention the fact that she already had another person behind the screen and had started doing a reading for that person on MY time!! Don't know WHAT she considers late, but most professionals give their clients a grace period of 5 .. sometimes 10 min. In the chance that they are held up for some reason they can't control. I was SO upset, I've NEVER met this woman and she had never met me!! She was portraying herself to me as an EMPATH?? a PHYSIC a SPIRITUAL HEALER?? More like a PYSCHO than a Physic in my opinion. The owner of the store apologized several times to me, again, offering to reschedule the appointment with Ellen. I said SHE was NOT responsible for anything, if anybody should be apologizing to me about the whole evening it was Ellen!! Why would I REschedule an appointment with this woman when she's already clearly shown me aggression and negativity?? I certainly wouldn't want a reading from her for ANY amount of money!! Her over the top behavior for me being 2 minutes late and taking somebody ahead of me on my appointment!! I was offered a refund of my money.ehich for some reason she was unable to put through on the store machine. I was very upset and anxious that this all played out this way with Ellen ,, During all of this I managed to lose my ATM card that I had used to pay the remainder of my appointment money on top of everything else that had happened!! I went across the street to see if it was at a cell phone, when I came back I asked the owner if she found it, she did not. we were trying to figure out where I may have lost or dropped it, when Ellen walked past me on her way out of the store, she was apparently done giving her last reading. As she walked past me she glanced at me, and didn't say one word of apology or any kind of explanation she walked right out of the store. In my opinion this woman, shouldn't call herself an empath or spiritualist. I certainly hope the way she treated me, was an isolated incident and she doesn't treat anybody else this way there was no respect no empathy of ANY kind !! OR feelings either.. only arrogance, narcissism, unprofessionalism, and a sense of self worth that was in my opinion not warranted. Don't go to this woman for any reason that is my sincerest wish to you lest you be treated the same way she treated me. I reported her to ta Lilydale to tell them about the experience but never got a phone call back from anybody there either.
