Ken Fuschman from A-Pro performed our inspection in 2016 and provided his report. We sent this along and had minor repairs made. But Ken MISSED MAJOR ISSUES that we ended up paying more than $10,000 (!!!!!!) to fix after the closing. When we addressed this to A-Pro, we didn't get a response back. Below are some egregious errors in the inspection/reporting. DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTION COMPANY!! - We had to replace the entire garage roof (Ken's report said that there were a loose tiles and they should be repaired to avoid water damage, rather than outright state that it needed complete replacement) - We had to replace the garage door (Ken's report failed to mention that the door was on its last legs and was not working properly) - The siding on two sides of the house goes all the down to the ground and there's rotting wood underneath, which Ken didn't alert us about it. - We now have to insulate our attic and pipes. In some parts of the attic, the insulation was put upside down and was missing in places, and the inspector didn't mention this. The house is bringing in 3x more air because of the leaks and bad insulation and the pipes going into the bathroom freeze constantly in the winter. Cost to fix all of this is in the thousands. Had we had this information on the initial report, we would have had leverage with the seller to either make these changes, not buy the home, or lower the price. read more

We request an inspection 2 days from Labor Day, not only was it short notice but it's the holiday weekend, however Inspecticore came through for us and got us scheduled despite their staff weren't schedule to work that day.
