First time at this location. Fast friendly service. Fresh hot cookies, a variety of different flavors, ice cream is also an option to put together an ice cream and cookie sandwich. They also offer shakes.

Specialty cookies!

Absolutely love insomnia cookies! I wish I had one closer to where I lived, but then again that would be dangerous! This is a great stop if you are craving something sweet! Their cookies are served warm and they have a selection of ice cream and milk to pair with them! This is a great stop for a cute date! The interior isn't as warm and inviting as I would like, but the cookies are great and I had a fun experience coming here! I would highly recommend stopping by here at least once in your life! It is a little pricey, but in my opinion worth it it!

Warm soft vegan chocolate chip cookie! I love their logo!

I'm usually not one to spend almost $3 on a cookie I could easily make a dozen of for that price, but tonight was a special circumstance. I was an hour away from my oven and really wanted a soft warm vegan treat to reward myself for the night I've had. I will say I'm sad they only had chocolate chip; I could easily see myself getting a half dozen or so if they had more flavors and ordering more often! But for a cookie craving at almost 10pm on a rough Sunday night an hour away from home, this place is great! Staff is friendly, lighting is pretty bright and they only have stool seating at this location which could be a problem for anyone on a wheelchair or anyone that prefers to be lower to the ground. You can hear a faint humming and some radio station in the background, but they also do delivery if you'd rather enjoy your late night cookies at home

The box says Give the Gift of Warm Cookies, but one must get warm cookies in order to give warm cookies. Only a lazy food addict would pay $18 plus tax and fees for 12 COLD cookies to be delivered. Btw, I literally live a 5 minute drive from the store. How are they cold? Did y'all really give me old cookies?! Then there's the matter of the ride delivery person who handed me the box of cold cookies sideways, and grunted and grimaced when I opened the door to greet him with a smile and hello. I wasn't even sure I wanted or trusted to eat them after the way he glared and shove the box towards me like it was garbage he couldn't wait to stop touching. This is WHY I don't like pre-tipping apps. I mean ... Did I really just tip this guy who basically sneered at me, shoved a box through the screen door before I could even get it all the way open? My advice? If you're at the store, or willing to go to the store, assuming the cookies will be warm, and that delivery service will be better than the last two I've had, try them--their cookies deserve to be eaten. Otherwise, skip them. Cold, and with a gross delivery to boot, they're just overpriced aggravating calories. When they're actually warm, there's no denying that they're good. They're delivery people, however, need serious improvement.

So good! I had the snickerdoodle and the s'mores! The ice creams good too. I do wish they had more flavors than just vanilla and chocolate.

I live in California but wanted to send groceries to a family member in an Ann Arbor Hospital…read more Delivice was awesome! Only thing I would recommend is to add an 'OTHER' category for tipping online. I would have liked to tip my shopper more but the largest option was only $7.99 (my order was a little over $50) Otherwise my shopper was friendly and fast! Would totally recommend this company.

First, the person never introduced him/herself. I received a text letting me know the toilet tissue…read moreI ordered was unavailable and would it be okay to get a store brand replacement? Of course! I thought I would hear back saying something on the lines of... On my way! or I'm here! Instead, I was looking at the clock and thought I would look out my window. As it was, there was a car parked precisely where I told them to park. I went to the front door and a young man was standing there as if he had been there awhile. I asked if he rang the bell and he said yes, though I didn't hear my doorbell. No worries... He hands me my one bag and very small pkg of TP. The total was 60+ and I expected more bags, but no worries again, then I see he bought the most expensive grapes, the smallest/greenest Cantaloupe, 5 fairly yellow bananas, (for which I had requested greener ones) the smallest bag of spinach and 3 tomatoes I am fairly sure were not "organic" at all. He selected Kroger's, which is my "go to" and I know their products very well, and he did select the most expensive of almost every item. Called the number but received a VM. Reason for my call? The price had not been adjusted for the TP substitution. Hopefully, Benny will call me with a new total on my one and only order with Delivice. So, when you put this one lil ol' service of mine all together, I rate it a two (2). I have ordered from three other local A2 delivery services and found each to be far more superior and professional. They provided a much better communication between shopper and customer, better product selections and each had a much better "user friendlier" website (BTW). Also, I think giving a new customer a discount is smart, maybe then I wouldn't feel so "ripped off!" and disappointed. You did not, and I have left your sphere. Good bye and Good Luck. It looked so cute from the outside and fancy at the same time. I was right , it's fancy for sure. I fell in love when I saw the $10 cherries, I knew it was going to be the top of the line fruit. They have a wine part that looks like something you would see in the movies, you the when the actor/actress are walking in the store and the store is amazing and you think this store can't be real, it's real ladies and gentlemen. The people are super helpful and nice. They have a chip isle with no chips you would recognize ie Doritos, Cheetos etc. they have all the health chips and snacks. Their cheese area is crazy amazing, if I could I would taste everything lol. The butcher part is something to see too right along with the area you can buy hot food. Everything I bought was good and I was excited and still excited til this day.

They also carry baked goods and various other prepared foods from local businesses like Zingerman's and Avalon. They do $6 sushi rolls after 8pm every night as well as some excellent deals on baked goods (50% off). The sushi is usually $11-15 a roll so the discount is great. It's not the best sushi in the world but it's very good for grocery quality. Otherwise, they (unsurprisingly) mostly carry organic and small-business brands. They have good sales sometimes but even then you can expect prices to be about 25% higher than what you'd see at a "normal" grocery store. Overall it's a fun place to go if you want high quality products but it's not really a feasible substitute for everyday shopping due to the prices. Will go back for the sushi at a minimum!

He called the number listed on the app and the manager said he was not at the restaurant but would call to see what happened. He immediately called back to explain the issue. Uber canceled my order. After getting an email from Uber, we found it was due to lack of drivers. Since it was two hours later, I was able to pick up my food. This time he called the restaurant directly to place my order. The staff even called my boyfriend back to verify the order. (5 stars just for that). I've never had a restaurant do that. They just make it wrong and apologize later. I got the Malibu wrap and Breakfast Club. They were both delicious! The mix of Mayo and hummus with the vegan chicken had me eating in silence, because it was so good. There are so many vegan friendly choices on the menu so I will definitely be back to try them all.

It has lots of different textures from the peanut butter chocolate protein smoothie, coconut flakes, flax seeds, oats, granolas, almonds, banana and chocolate nibs.
