Really really GOOD!!!! And this coming from a guy that doesn't like sweets!!!! Their oatmeal and raisins are fantastic!!!

I avoided them for so long because I don't like crumbl but this is nothing like crumbl. Cookies are fresh and always warm, ice cream is creamy and every flavor that has inclusions has just the right amount of them, and the service is always very fast. IF the cookies actually make it to your door they are very good. This location is very inconsistent with delivery and often takes 90 minutes plus. My guest had to call corporate in Pennsylvania to remedy his order last week. When they finally arrived the cookies were amazing. Only because of my kids do I continue to order here but after the last couple of experiences....not so impressed with them. read more

A very secluded store towards Tiger Town off the campus of Clemson. We could have chosen between cookies or ice cream but opted to go with cookies. The cookies were pretty good but just a tad bit expensive. I recommend this place for some late night munchies. read more

I wasn't overly impressed with this place. Online their site states the cookies are peanut/tree nut allergy safe. Upon arrival staff member states that the cookies are not peanut/tree nut allergy safe. So we decided to get a scoop of ice cream for kiddo with allergies. My husband and I each got the chocolate chunk cookie. It was served warm and while it was quite delicious, it tasted just like any other cookie. It was filled with chocolate chips that melted in your mouth. The size was perfect proportion. Our total was $14. That seems crazy for 2 cookies, a chocolate milk and a cup of ice cream. OMG, sooooo goood!!! We stopped here for a quick treat. There are several kinds of cookies to choose from and they serve them warm! I got a cookie-which: 2 chocolate chip cookies with mint chocolate chip ice cream between them. You can choose any 2 cookies and any flavor if ice cream. I did not expect the cookies to be warm, which made the dessert even better. We also ordered a dozen mixed cookies. The cookies were moist and gooey, but not raw....just perfect. A bit pricey, but a nice treat. read more

Just an FYI...I ordered an Insomnia Cookie Cake from the Clemson SC store for my son's birthday today. He's a 2026 freshman at Clemson and has been at school for one week. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. It was the first birthday we've ever spent apart from him and I wanted to make sure he had a special surprise to know we were thinking of him. I called the Clemson store last week to personally confirm a cookie cake delivery of 12:30 today to surprise him at his dorm. He hadn't received it by 4:30 pm, so I called the store and they were really short and just told me it was out for delivery. I called again around 6:30. Same story, he'd receive it soon. I then called at 9:30 and they simply told me they were backed up and could possibly deliver it by 11:30 tonight, but most likely not until tomorrow. When I told them at that point it was beyond the point, they proceeded to tell me they'd refund me and simply hung up on me. I called back and after talking to several people at customer service, they sent me a credit of $25. Don't count on them to make your son or daughter's day special if you aren't able to be with them. They are not reliable. This may have been a fluke, but they really didn't seem to care to fix it. I never leave bad reviews. As a business owner myself, I make a point now to, but I hate that my son's birthday is over, and he never got his cake or that special surprise to let him know we were thinking of him. read more

Delicious! We had a little mix up with delivery - missing cookies and I inverted the room number where we were staying - but the guys not only ran back for a second delivery with our cookies they also brought extra cookies and offered to give our tip back. Worst place I've ever been. Saw them serve over 20 people in front of me and then found out they threw away my receipt for my order. They gave out a ton of m and m cookies before me and then when I reminded them for the third time to give me my cookies and they told me they were no longer serving m and m cookies. DO NOT go here. This place is the worst. My friends & I ordered 4 cookies tonight at 7:30pm & the order confirmation said our cookies should be delivered in 20mins. An hour later I called to get an ETA & they apologized saying that they were running behind, but that I only had 2 customers in front of me so I should be getting my order soon. I now called again as it has been almost 3hrs since I placed my order & they tell my order has been CANCELLED WITHOUT ANYONE TELLING/NOTIFYING ME b/c the store couldn't keep up with orders. So yeah, I sat around 3hrs & paid $10 for absolutely nothing-- never ordering from here again. read more
