The menu wasn't super exciting - a lot of variations of birthday cake, chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate - but it fit the need. Delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. I ordered a delivery from them almost two hours ago and have yet to receive the food or any communication. I would not recommend.

I've had this exact scenario happen at least five times when ordering delivery: 1. Order cookies, with no vegan cookies chosen in my order (and even sometimes with NO VEGAN SUBSTITUTIONS in all caps in the order notes). 2. Get delivered the vegan alternatives to the normal cookies I order, which are dry and disgusting. 3. Call the shop and request that a new order gets delivered that matches what I actually ordered. 4. Either get a bunch of attitude from the guy answering the phone and a delivery an eternity later, or more often, I get no redelivery at all. This most recent time it happened, the guy on the phone didn't even seem to know what order he was having redelivered until I had him repeat my order and address back to me so I knew he would actually look it up and not blow us off. We'll see if this order actually gets redelivered. read more

The website was difficult to navigate and after trying that for a few minutes, i gave up and called the 1-800 number. My two orders were placed and Appeared to be taken care of efficiently. But... when the orders were being delivered they used my phone as the contact not my two daughters. Also there was a mix up of what i ordered and what they received. I ordered cookiewiches they received just plan ice cream. If you try to contact the local store directly that is impossible. You can only call the national number. Very frustrating. Snickerdoodle. If I could end my review with that word alone, I would. Please get the snickerdoodle cookie! I've heard of Insomnia cookies before, as there are a few where I live in Atlanta, but I had just never given them a chance. However, as my coworkers and I were sitting across the street in 'Pig Skins', Insomnia caught my eye from the window. Upon leaving Pig Skin, we stopped my a nearby hookah venue and stayed pretty late. But to our delight upon leaving the venue, we noticed that Insomnia was still open. They close at 3 AM! Where else are you going to get freshly baked cookies at 3 am?? I gave into temptation and bought the box of 6 cookies. Best purchase of the evening. I ordered snickerdoodle, peanut butter and sugar. I fell in love instantly. Upon ordering, they pull the cookies from under the register where they are being stored in an oven to keep them soft and warm. First bite of snickerdoodle was phenomenal! So phenomenal that i went back the next day (hoping my coworkers don't read this, I'm supposed to be eating better) and purchased another 6! Needless to say, these cookies are SO worth it. I think that once you've eaten 21 of their cookies in the span of 8 days, like myself, they deserve 5 stars. read more

Great cookies! Horrible delivery service and lack of communication with the store ordered from. Placed an order for delivery at 12:38pm on 11/16/21 with a 30 minute delivery wait time. By 1:34 I called and spoke with a woman at another location because you cannot directly call the store. She placed me on hold to find my order which had not been addressed yet. She then said it was out the door for delivery which took another 25 minutes. Order arrived at 2:00. The delivery driver was not polite in his response when asked about the order. These things were delicious! I had the mint and the lemon white chocolate, I want both again. I am in NY and don't think it would be a bad idea to start walking to get another cookie, thats how much I enjoyed ours. Soft, warm and made with something addictive... hopefully they are legal. I thought they were called Insomnia Cookies because they are open until 3, but I think that it's because I now lay awake at night dreaming of these things. My wife said her cookie wasn't as good when it cooled down... mine wouldn't every last that long so I guess mine would always be awesome. Cookies are served warm and can be delivered to your apartment (with a glass of milk) or picked up on your way home from the bars!!!! Nonexistent costumer service paired with horrible lack of urgency on delivery makes for a lousy experience all around. Ordered a dozen cookies and I never received them (had to call customer service for a refund). I'd be mad if I wasn't just disappointed. The only redeeming quality about this place is the food, which is delicious, but so is every other Insomnia Cookie establishment at any other college campus (take Miami, for example). The steep prices don't help, either. It seems like all semblances of courtesy and urgency are lost here. None of the workers seem to give a shit, so why should I?
