My adult children and I always take our vehicles to Insight for repairs and maintenance. Mike is honest and gives a very fair price and his wife Erica (Office Manager) is so nice and makes each auto experience a pleasant one. My mother, who is a Senior, and on a limited income, took her vehicle in to Insight recently. She was having electrical issues, we all know that this is scary since this type of problem can be very pricey. Mike checked everything out for several days, going thru the system each day (charging battery, resetting system, etc) and couldn't duplicate the problem. After all the work he put into trying to diagnose a problem, my mother expected an hourly charge for Mike's time. She was ecstatic when Erica told her that they couldn't find a problem so there wasn't a charge!!!! All that time he spent on my mother's vehicle and he didn't charge her. Thank you Mike and Erica for awesome service. She decided to replace the battery since she purchased the vehicle last year and it was only a 3 year battery. This is why our family takes our vehicles to Insight, they are: HONEST (hard to find these days), fair, and they make our auto experience a pleasant one, everytime! I took my 2004 GMC Sierra 1500 there today for the first time. To keep it brief: - Their prices are extremely fair. That was much appreciated. - They did not recommend services I didn't need or want. - The work they did was fast and effective. Services performed: 1. Standard Oil Change ($42) - Free tire rotation included 2. Induction cleaning service ($85) READ THIS: They installed a new windshield wiper motor I brought with me for free. They also noticed my wiper blades were bad, so they replaced them, again no charge. I wanted a Tune-up but wasn't sure if I needed it. Instead of selling me what I didn't need, they explained that I didn't need it at that time. The entire process took from 1pm - 330pm. Great work guys! read more

I came in a few weeks ago to get the convertible top of my vehicle checked out and as soon as i walked into Insight body shop, I was immediately attended. I shook hands with the owner who was very polite and reassured me they would inspect my vehicle to the best of their ability to identify the issue. I was very grateful for their incredible customer service and felt confident leaving my car here to be worked on.
