I end up sitting down with the most naive person named Michelle who simply said sorry I can't help you half way through. My goal was to self reflect on my traits and discuss what traits would match up with my own when looking for a female counterpart. I wasted an hour and $150 to simply hear that. I advise men to not allow their wives to drag them here. They are very gynocentric in nature. Look up MGTOW and the red pill forums before looking like one of the simps who was being dragged in by his wife to be beat back into submission by these counsellors. The men all looked like they hated being there and I figured out why when I went myself. Something else to add was that the counsellor was late by 5 min but ended on time which means she stole 5 min from me and when I mentioned she was late rather than apologizing she sternly talked down to me as to why she was late which told me my time was not valued by her.

I really appreciated all the work that Trish Rapske did for my then 7.5yr old daughter and I as we adjusted with a newborn in the family. Trish helped work things out with the best advises and suggestions and my daughter felt very comfortable talking to her through play. I felt comfortable ending our bi weekly sessions when I started seeing progress and changes in the behavior. Trish was always there as a crutch whenever I needed just a quick chat or advise without waiting for our scheduled meeting! I highly recommend Trish and the company

We clicked right away. I told her my expectations and desires for EMDR, she told me that she could do that. We meet a week later. At the end of May. Fast forward to mid September as I am dropped as client by Luma Vita. I was during a scheduled phone call (as she read off of a script) that she can't help me reach my goals... Even though, back in May ... SHE TOLD ME SHE COULD. When I asked her the reason, she wouldn't give me a reason. When I asked her again , she only sent a reveral list. When I asked a 3rd and final time , she told me that my emails were unwelcome and told me to stop. I'm 45 and have seen numerous therapists trying to better myself. I have never had the type of disrespect and lack of care from any other therapist EVER. If she told me "Hey you missed 2 appointments.." I would have said, "Yup, you're right... my fault". I was given not 1 good , concrete reason. All I got was "I hear how important it is for you to be able to finish EMDR. Through my own supervision and consultation, I've provided a list of recommendations for therapists to better assist you in completion of this goal. I wish you the best moving forward. " I would personally avoid this company. If you have complex trauma or want EMDR there are much much better places to go that value you and want to treat you with respect.

I was also a little worried that we were doing it long distance over the phone! Suffice to say, it was an incredible experience. With Ania's gentle guidance, I went deep really quickly. I was able to heal a couple of core wounds that have tainted my entire life experience, causing me to move through my life feeling unwanted and unloved and of no consequence to the world around me (even though I have a very loving family). I have endured almost half a century of suffering as a result of these childhood wounds. It was seamless as Ania worked hand-in-hand with my subconscious to reveal these deep wounds to me so that I could work through them and rewire my experience from negative to positive. Since then, I have experienced a new freedom of feeling loved and wanted and appreciated for who I am, to others and to myself. This has changed how I walk through my life now - I find that I'm am walking gently in my world with my head held high. My relationship with my family is completely altered as I find myself reaching out to them to make contact in a new and loving way. I am so grateful to Ania for giving me this experience of a lifetime. It was hard work and I was exhausted afterward, but it was a gift of love that I gave myself that no-one else could give me, but me. After living with suicide ideation since I was a little girl, I no longer have to manage those thoughts as they are simply not there anymore. The healing work that Ania and I did together was profound and absolutely life-changing. Thank you Ania, for your gentle and intuitive guiding through some very painful and muddy waters. My nose is stinging right now as I tear up with such appreciation for you and my new found love for myself. What a relief to feel comfortable in this world instead of feeling like I am an uninvited guest at an intimate dinner party. I can't wait for the sessions still to come, I can't imagine what other healing will be achieved that will lead me to greater freedom to authentically express myself and walk with peacock feathers swishing the ground behind me. I hope this review helps anyone who is considering using hypnotherapy for healing parts of yourself. I am not one to write reviews, but this experience was so extraordinary that I am compelled to share this here. I highly recommend Ania. If you are ready to do the work, the results will be incredible. Go for it, give yourself this gift, you'll be so grateful on the other side of it, truly.
