Not only were the sessions unhelpful, the counsellor was condescending. At one point when I briefly mentioned a past event, she leaned forward, shook her head, and said "and you bringing up the past, how does that help?" I was shocked by her response, and I said, "excuse me?", and she repeated the exact same words. We have since found a much better couples counsellor at another clinic. I would not recommend Jericho counselling.

The actual hypnosis is so relaxing, at the end I felt refreshed and very hopeful. I came to pivotal hypnotherapy with the following issues: difficulties with my husband, struggling to balance motherhood and work, bad relationship with my father, fear of public speaking, chronic stress, health issues, low energy, etc. I was at a very low point in my life and I was ready to try anything. I started learning about hypnotherapy online and how it works directly with subconsciousness, which apparently is responsible for how we operate our lives, for our choices, emotions, etc. I found Lynne online and after reading on her website about the tools she uses I quickly understood that she is very qualified, knowledgeable and experienced. Lynne uses a holistic approach and she does not spend hours talking about your past traumas and experiences. She is very generous with sharing different recourses, tools that she is aware of. During the course of my treatment I learnt about ETF method, I learnt self-hypnosis, Gut health, I learnt common feeling patterns and how to correct them. Lynne was able to point out the root cause of my autoimmune condition! She also gave me some recommendations on how to correct it. After only 1.5 months my family moved to my dream house, my relationship with my husband improved significantly, I started enjoying driving (I was afraid of driving before), I became more confident, my voice became stronger and more persuasive (which happened naturally with increase in my confidence I believe), my relationship with my father improved and my past traumas were healed, I started loving myself more, I learned about some things that were stopping me from moving to the next level in my career and life in general. Now I have more clarity on what I want and what I don't want. I know how to set boundaries and get what I want. I realized that I am happier than I have been for a long time. Lynne also taught me a technic how to manifest different goals and desires (one at a time though :)). When I just started working with Lynne, she told me that my life was about to change. To be honest I was a bit skeptical, I did not realize that it could happen so soon. I think everyone will benefit from working with Pivotal hypnotherapy. I highly recommend working with Lynne. Very grateful, Ainur

It has the feeling of relaxation like a spa but the practitioners are very serious about your wellbeing. I had an appointment with Cary, whom I believe is the owner and she spent much more time going through point by point all of my medical intake form than I have ever experienced at an acupuncture studio. We talked in depth about all of my ailments and she gave some sound advice. The acupuncture session was pleasant and relaxing yet I felt energized after the treatment. Highly recommended if you want to get to the root cause of your illness.

Upon invitation I checked out a sampling of their services. The place is small, clean, soft colors with a nice ambiance. There are a lot of self improvement books and complimentary water and tea. I met with Kira for a short life couching session. I've never had life couching, just heard about it. Kira was warm, humorous and made me feel comfortable opening up. In that short time she got the hamster wheels turning about the things that were important to me etc. I did an acupuncture session with Cary. I've never had an acupuncture session before, therefore, didn't know what to expect. The body can react individually. It was an intriguing experience as the body works in mysterious ways. She was kind, gentle and found humor in some of my embarrassing situations that day. She uses awesome aromatherapy oils and soft music. The acupuncture table is heated which was awesome on a cold day. Made me very relaxed. She mainly addressed my concerns about my back due to a car accident years ago. I had a very relaxing 30 minute message with Kent Smith. I actually found this to be the most informative message session that I've ever had. He talked me through what was going on in my body and the causes for certain areas being more difficult than others. Who completely understood my body as an office worker 8 hours a day at a desk and then as a hobby writer on my free time. He was suggestive and informative on solutions. He used an aromatherapy message with oil blends that made my heart feel like summer inside. The smell was so wonderful. I fell asleep on the table. It was the first time in weeks in which I really felt relaxed on my lunch break. I shut off my phone completely during my break and just allowed myself to escape with the touch and smell of the oils. I had a brief MI scan with Susan. Everything that Susan said about me was dead on. I didn't tell her anything. I just laid on the table and allowed her to do her magic. I just couldn't believe how accurate she was, I was blown away. I found some information about my body that was extremely helpful and encouraged me to take immediate actions on some issues that I've been putting on the back burner. It gave me that jump to really take proactive measures on these things. I got an extremely warm vibe from her. Overall the whole team was amazing, warm, friendly people.

Someone is in the room with me and paying attention to me, lightly touching me, nothing more ... so that helps me feel good and relaxed too. Is that what I paid for, someone to just sit quietly in the room with me for an hour? I did not know how she would work with the areas of my body where I wanted some healing and which I discussed with her first ... so after asking her, she said "the energy flows where it needs to, it knows where to go." I left feeling unsatisfied but without really knowing why, I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Later I realized that I felt offended that I had to fill out such a detailed medical intake form with such private information, which was for the most part, simply unnecessary because the energy "knows where to go" itself. Thus, my question would be, why did I have to reveal such personal medical information if it was essentially unnecessary to know. She's also not a medical practitioner, so why does she ask for all this personal info. I did not bother to contact the practitioner and have this conversation simply because I anticipate some airy-fairy answer about "energy" which will leave me feeling even less satisfied. I went because of all the amazing reviews on Groupon for this practitioner, but I don't see any amazing reviews on here, actually, none at all. Strange.
