There was an issue with my large front picture window that they were tinting; it had clear glue still on there from the window that did not show up until the film was applied. They apologized, and (although it was not their fault) made an appointment to come back to address the window and apply new film (which they did not have enough of with them at the time) They came back and everything was done perfectly.
