I was so pleased with the attitude and helpfulness I received at Caliber Collision recently…read more Everyone I talked to in reception and customer service were very atte and polite. -I was trying to figure out how and where to get a twisted and jammed seatbelt unstuck. I had gone to several places that didn't do this work but someone finally directed me to Caliber. The service manager there took a look at the jammed seatbelt and said that it could be fixed there, but the molding and panel would need to come off in order to untangle the seatbelt. He was very helpful, but said I would need to come back first thing in the morning and they would be better able to help me then. However, while he was talking to me and examining the problem he was able to pull the panel and molding free enough to reach the twisted seatbelt and free it. He then popped the panel and molding back in to place and solved the problem, in just a few minutes. For my work, I carry special need adults to where they work and volunteer each day in my car. Obviously I have to have a working seatbelt for safety reasons. I was so relieved to have this taken care of. I am sorry I don't have the name of the gentleman that took a few extra minutes of his valuable time and attention on a busy day, to see that a quick fix was possible. But I thank you for your kindness. Thank you Caliber Collision for such a professional, helpful and pleasant business environment.
