He repeatedly advises me to call the 800 number (to probably get rid of me) but customer service can't see the policy either and refer me back to my agent. I filed a BBB complaint. This agent is incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. He became defensive and arrogant when I told him that I will file a complaint and he failed to solve or de-escalate the issue. I have attached some of his inappropriate responses for future customers to be warned about this agent. My name and Dan's cell number has been blocked out for privacy. Dan is the WORST insurance agent I have encountered and he does not deserve to be in this job.
