She has helped me realized that food is not an enemy and your body is perfect no matter what size or weight you are. I have learned how to listen to my body and she has opened me up to new foods that I never even knew were out there. I am so lucky to have found such a positive and knowledgeable person to help me on this health journey. I would recommend her with 10 stars if I could. She has been an amazing support and confidant!

Exercise alone was not improving my situation. Because of my strong family history of cardiac disease, it was imperative that I pay attention and take action. I've been working with Christina Bedetta RD, LDN in the Warwick RI office, and within 3 months have lost 12 lbs. Because of Christina, my eyes have been opened to what balanced eating is all about. With her skills/guidance I have learned that food truly can be medicine. She has taught me how to lose weight in a slow, healthy way to ensure better success in keeping the weight off...no fad diets needed! Christina has been extremely supportive and non-judgemental, and has offered suggestions on how proper nutrition can lower cholesterol levels. Balanced nutrition turned out to be the missing piece along with exercise to start lowering all those blood levels, and give me a new found lease on life. I have more energy, increased stamina, and have lost the cravings I used to have for 'junk' food. Do yourself a favor, prioritize your health, and give Evolution Nutrition a try. Highly recommended! I had my first consultation at Medi-Weightloss Center about a week ago, and unfortunately my…read moreexperience was very disappointing. When I checked in, the front desk staff member was not warm or welcoming. I initially assumed she was just having a difficult day, but shortly after, I overheard her speaking with a colleague who was going to conduct my consultation, saying that she did not think I would be able to afford the program. I was extremely disappointed and felt judged before they even got to know me or understand my situation. No one should be made to feel that way when they are coming in for help and taking steps toward improving their health. During the consultation, I was told they would contact my insurance and follow up with me. I was left with the impression that they were going to work with me, but I never received a call back or any follow-up. I hope the staff understands how important it is to treat every person with respect and not make assumptions based on appearances or circumstances. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way.

In the past year, I've made several purchases and have not accumulated points per their rewards system. I physically make sure they pull up my account to add them. They said there was nothing I could do and gave me an 800 number. I called them and spoke to someone 3-4x and no resolution until I expressed my frustration over and over again. They said I needed to touch base with my home store, which I already did. They gave me a smidge of a resolution but even follow up-I was the one that requested a call back to make sure the issue was resolved. It just seems like management and customer service are very disconnected and it was unprofessional that I was never called back repeatedly and had to keep calling and addressing the issue on the phone and in store. I'm thinking of purchasing these products from GNC, as their rewards system is seamless and I never have any issues there.
