Green Keys respects our space but also has been incredibly helpful for some issues that we have had come up the last month. They did nothing to keep that from happening either. They just let people show up un announced at any given time so if you have kids deffinitly don't rent from them because youll wake up at 5am to a crane setting roofing on your roof waking up both your kids because they decided that was okay. Again. With zero notice. .They just do what ever they want when ever they want to with ZERO regard for you. They have no respect and then they will also try and keep every single penny that you gave them for a deposit. As it states on their website If you pay a cleaning fee in the beginning you will not be charged again for the cleaning fee at the end of move out (APPARENTLY THATS A LIE) which tbh i fully expected them to try and pull some shady crap so I went ahead and paid a professional company $650 for a move out clean. Everything in that house was spotless and they're still trying to charge me $750 for "excessive dirt" which is funny because that place was literally spotless I have the receipts, pictures, and even video proof. They cannot and will not provide me with pictures of this supposed "excessive dirt" theyalso stated that after a 3 year lease mind you that there was apparently excessive "paint dammage" which i know for a fact is not true because again, pictures, videos that I took before leaving the keys on the counter as I walked out for the last time. They also can't provide picture evidence of this apparent "excessive paint dammage" they then tried to call me and tell methey were willing to give me $700 of my $3200 dollar deposit back instead of the $200 and something they originally stated was the case. Our attorney is putting the case together now and they will be dealing with him shortly. But to save yourself from the extreme headache and stress that they will cause you. Just run the other way. Rent from anyone else. They're hands down theworst managment company I've ever rented from. Im glad to have finally bought a home so I no longer have to deal with places like this. They're just here to rob you. So RUN. Tmg is great though! I had nothing but great experiences with tmg.

    I have been renting from APM for 8 months - and should have ran when I saw the initial red flags. I…read morehad to request numerous cleanings prior to moving in, a removal of a rusty, broken BBQ, yard tools, and documented evidence of pests. However, because of the market - I had to settle and move in. Since, I have discovered and documented silverfish, carpet beetles, carpenter ants, buprestid beetles, and accompanying larvae. These bugs are literally crawling out of cracks in the floors and molding - and I have found them in recently washed clothes, my sons toys, etc. I have woken up to these pests crawling on my bedspread. Needless to say - I am no longer able to sleep comfortably at the home. It has been 20 days since I requested a remedy - it took 5 days to get an exterminator out, and after two visits, I am still finding pests. I have found a place to move in order to escape the infestation, but APM will not let me out of my lease - even though this place is uninhabitable and my personal belongings are being ruined. Not to mention - it is simply unclean and unsafe for a toddler. Additionally, the added time and expense of sanitizing every article of clothing, bedding, and personal affects and packing in plastic totes (I have had to purchase at least 20 of them) is unbelievably laborious. I began packing my things in traditional cardboard boxes and would find pests INSIDE the freshly packed boxes within a day. After repeated emails, the manager literally said "I guess I'm confused on the timeline" and didn't understand why I was upset. I realize that by writing this review, they will likely withhold all of my security deposit when I turn in my keys (as evident by other reviews) but I am willing to take that financial hit to communicate what an awful and disturbing experience this is. Placing deadlines on…read moreholidays making it impossible to get the information we needed because the business' were closed, essentially calling me a liar when I mentioned that none of my previous landlords had any record of her trying to contact them, and making me do pretty much everything but run my own credit report for my application. She couldn't even read my paystub properly and said my roommate and I didn't meet income requirements when I alone make 2X rent for the property we applied for. Their process was so horrible I had to contact my lawyers before I finally decided her attitude and lack of competence wasn't worth the stress. DO NOT APPLY FOR THEIR PROPERTIES!

    Vector, managed by Holland Residential, consistently fails to act in the best interest of its…read moretenants. Their BBB rating heavily relates to how much they care about you. First issue now, my initial review was removed without notification and reason, based off what I will reiterate again, which they want to hide. Your complaints won't come from your side neighbors, it will come from your above neighbor. Upstairs neighbors engaged in intentional stomping and harassment, which management dismissed as normal activity. If you're exceptionally unlucky like me, they will stomp very loudly, VERY intentionally, but when you complain, they get a "reminder" to be quiet. "We walk heavy", "We have a large dog" of which I guarantee, dogs don't stomp on the ground, they literally can't since they don't even weigh enough to cause the sound my wonderful upstairs neighbor did. They will prey on you. They'll vacuum, and run their dishwasher, washer and dryer, all well before and after morning and evening allotted times. When they know who is complaining, the tenant retaliated by stalking me to my vehicle and vandalizing it. If you feel like you can't complain due to retaliation, then management won't do anything once you break your lease and move. Breaking your lease is a boon to management. They will not ask questions, they will not try and mitigate, they will not help you. They will say, thanks, here's your bill! I heavily suggest you demand a lease addendum to protect you from the type of tenant that I had, as well as from building management that provided no assistance. If they can't, which they won't, there are far better places than any of the boxes they lease. This area looks nice, but it has the opposite quality of people, and actions of management. I have a broken car window because of someone living in Vector. The tenant that broke my window never got any punishment, just "reminders". They will not mitigate your costs due to their incompetence. Consider this property carefully, learn from my costly mistake. Apartments.com and Holland Residential, do not my review again as this is a very fair review from my personal experience. This is something everyone should know that is considering this place to call "home".
