The two bedrooms on the west side of the house were always the hottest rooms in summer and we wanted windows with greater solar-control performance for these two rooms. Mike was very professional, explained our options in detail with zero high-pressure sales tactics. The estimate was in the cost/performance sweet spot. R&S provided details of what we needed to do prior to installation. Remove blinds or curtains, clear any furniture/obstacles from inside and outside the windows, etc. Great...no surprises.
