Dave and his team were great at the start. but things changed quickly. His team used vulgar language and made racist comments , The work had issues that have never been resolved . This guy refuses to return phone calls. I did get in touch with the secretary (wife) who promised a call back but Never heard from them At this point my attorney has advised me to not speak with them as we are starting the process in civil court read more

This guy got my grandad for over 1600. After over a month of promising to resolve the issue. Finally got the guy on the phone and complain that his meal was being interrupted and because of that he had no interest in fixing the problem. When I told him I was going to post an accurate review he just laughed at me telling me that he knows how to get rid of those. Then carried on asking me to come and see him face to face. I wanted to renovate my kitchen and bathroom - both rooms are very small in my house. After 2 contractors bailed on me (my guess is the job wasn't big enough for them), I did a search on Yelp to help me find a contractor. I found Innovative Contracting Services, and reached out to them. It didn't take long for the owner, Dave, to contact me. He came in for an estimate - and when I told him the two rooms weren't that big, which is why I'm guessing the other contractors bailed, he told me he doesn't look at the size of the contract/job - each contract is placed in order of when they are signed. Whew...that made me feel good! :) Dave and his team are fantastic to work with! Dave is great at communicating with you, and he and his team are very trustworthy - I never once worried about not being here while they worked on my place. Dave is very upfront with you - he keeps you involved with questions/decisions throughout the process. There's nothing that surprises you during the renovation, or at the end. I completely recommend Dave and his team! They do great work, they are professional and friendly, and they are more than willing to go that extra mile.
