Not only do we have to pay for the construction, the workers, but now we personally have to pay for their electricity too?! They also feel like they can park and leave big holes wherever they want to! They told us they were turning the water off from 10am-4pm, but at 9:20 this morning they turned it off. Needless to say, I am completely disappointed with this company. Don't ever expect them to do what they say they are going to do.

Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage. All of his jobs have problems: 1 - Floor: He didn't leave any gap (1/4 inch for expansion is standard) from the walls. There was a water leak which I notified him about, he finished the job and didn't check. I found there was still water everywhere after a week... Good thing I decided to redo the floor. 2 - Stairs: I was going to redo the stairs later anyway since the finish wasn't as nice as I hoped. After using it for a day; I almost tripped on the nose trim. It was a loose and I found most of them were loose and poorly finished. 3 - Walls: I was actually okay with this job and he was supposed to prep the wall for painting. After 3 coats of paint, the wall looks ugly due to poor or no prepping... I also paid him to build a fence, he acted like he was confident but he clearly lacked tools and knowledge. It was installed way too high and I told him it wasn't going to pass the permit inspection. He swore up and down this was okay and it failed... I still paid him and asked him to take the fence down but he ghosted me.

Jason and his team renovated the whole basement by installing drywall, replacing the drop ceiling with a conventional ceiling and new lighting, and covering the entire floor with functional but attractive laminate. They went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in the design and satisfied with the results. In addition, they replaced our kitchen floor, which had some water damage, with beautiful ceramic tile to complement the existing quartz counters. This is the second major project Jason has done for us. He previously remodeled a bathroom for us, replacing all the fixtures and flooring, as well as installing a pocket door. Neither on the initial request for an estimate call or when the technician arrived was there any mention of a $159 fee for an ESTIMATE for either repair or replacment. Only AFTER he pushed the button on our remote several times and pushed the reset button on our door opener (things we had already tried), and told us the estimated cost for repair or replacement, did he actually say there was a fee that "may be waived if we choose to have the work done" and he got into his truck and left. Nothing about a fee mentioned in either communication with the company employees. Apparently the new owner must be telling their employees not to mention any fees. Then we got an invoice for $159 in the mail weeks later. We strongly suggest you not request a quote and look elsewhere!
