I think they must have assumed that I wanted mediocre quality since it's set to be a rental. For carpet, I was given 2 options for colors to choose from. I was initially offered the 30oz carpet but I feared it would not be plush so I wanted to upgrade, so 40oz was the next up. For flooring, I had 3 options for colors to choose from. I choose what was best based on what was presented to me. They took 2 days to install over a period of a week. I guess it's normal for after installation of the flooring that they don't install the toilets back for you? Anywho, after installation, I noticed the carpet felt CHEAP, I wondered if the upgrade was done? I can't imagine what the 30oz version would feel like. The flooring also cheap looking and felt slippery, maybe because it was new. I hope that wears off otherwise it's going to be an issue. Not happy with the results I complained about it to Mike, the properties manager. He was pleasant and we worked out the solution for it. What I learned from the experience was I can't trust the experts/professionals to do the right thing and pick out what I need over emails. They made it easy for me choose by giving me limited options but I should have asked about the quality. I needed to come to the showroom and feel the products out first to know what to expect for such an expensive project.

He was able to make helpful suggestions in regards to reseeded areas, sprinkler system settings and repair plus the lawn maintenance has been excellent and well done so far. It hadn't been done ever…read more Mark was extremely personable and took the extra time to educate me and show me some of the key areas of interest. We had a layer of dust in the return air vents, and there was still construction debris from when the house was built. Mark answered all my questions and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help move things out of the way of the vents. He replaced our dryer vent hose while he was there and he did the bathroom exhaust fans, one hadn't been working properly, and after he cleaned it, it works great! Mark was honest and helpful, and I highly recommend him.
