When we tried to work this out with them they weren't willing to meet in the middle on anything. So they got over $200 and we still don't have a fully working water heater. He told me there were a few things to fix and they were important. I was repeatedly told that he would be coming so I never looked for anyone else especially since he said there were other things besides the sump pump that needed to be fixed. I was told that the door needs to remain unlocked as they couldn't give me a time or even a day if I wanted to get this done. Two months later finally replaced the sump pump and did nothing else.
