Drove by it all the time and it never called my name. BUT!!! I opened FB one day and saw Ashley was working there and it was a no brainer! I dialed her digits, scheduled an appointment and off I went! When I got there, I immediately felt her energy, upbeat attitude and get'er done mentality. It was refreshing since some of the guys were on their phones or just sitting at their desk WAITING for the business to fall in their lap! Sales 101, you don't wait for the business, you become a hunter. Being in sales myself, I love how Ashley is always promoting this dealership on FB with the different promotions they have. She's smart! She's putting the dealership and herself in the spotlight! Ashley was like the energizer bunny! She wants to make the process as easy for the customer as she possibly can so we did most of my "red tape" over the phone! I was so impressed with the knowledge she had of the dealership AND the variety of vehicles. She's still learning the ropes but wow! They abandoned this project on my car leaving it with major flaws (promised to be corrected but never did), damages, obvious choppy cuts and worst of all mismatches of color that is entirely noticeable. When I reached out to the team (on several occasions) they either lied about ordering more wrap to correct their mishaps or now, just simply have not responded and left me to seek out legal guidance on reporting the business to protect future consumers from unfair and negligent business practices, obtaining representation, grief from loss of income and embarrassment, and the list goes on. There's several items of concern with this company that are going to be addressed. More to come soon. My advice, do not trust this company to value your vehicle, time, or money spent. They do not take accountability or responsibility when there are documented communications exchanged and they surely do not offer high quality services as they claim.
