When I pulled into their shop, I was stunned to see the type of vehicles that they service and repair and I felt like mine was not up to par to the type of vehicles that they normally work on The first person to greet me were the two brothers Emil and Nelson and I explained to them the issues I was having first thing they did was prop it up on the stand and take a look at the condition of my brakes and consulting with their father, they gave me some very helpful and useful advice explaining to me what the problem was showing it to me so I get an understanding of as well, especially for someone like myself who has basic knowledge and understanding They gave me three different options, explaining the difference for each one and the prices, providing their honest opinion and suggestions, and with that said, I was in and out of there in less than one hour on top of that, they even test drove my vehicle around the block just to make sure everything was to the level of their quality and standards before releasing the vehicle back to me They even gave me a water while I waited for my car. Customer service and most importantly, the knowledge expertise is more than anyone could ever ask for. Even though they're a little bit out of my way, knowing that my car is well taken care of and they are not there to price gouge or milk you for everything you have is hard to come by these days especially in that industry and I will drive 20 more miles just to get to their shop.
