Fantastic Training! I was hesitant in joining when I first heard about their QA training because Innova Path is new in market for about 2 years now (Innova Path is new in market not the instructors). But after sitting in the orientation and the first week of the class, I really felt this was the course for me. The good thing I liked about Innova Path is they go deep into the subject and teach everything from scratch. So even if you do not have any technical background, you are at the right place. I will highly recommend you to go for it! As you are reading this review now, I also researched a lot when I was looking for a training and placement consultancy. Other centers train multiple concepts and make placements depending on the requirements. I was looking for a consultancy were I could learn one concept and stick to it for the rest of my career. The instructors Sampath and Shilpi are very thorough and very patient! They start every tool in QA from basics. Evening classes are in-person and online whereas morning classes are only online. The best part is once you are registered with Innovapath, they give you access to their training portal whiteboxqa.com, their you will find all current and previous training recordings and really good stuff like presentations, assignments, interview questions, etc. In the begining, you will have to pay a nominal refundable deposit and sign agreement for 12 months which they deserve. Classes are for about 8 weeks, after that are resume and mock sessions where they make you perfect in cracking interviews. There are about 4 persons who conduct mocks. Once they are satisfied with your mocks, marketing starts. One separate marketing manager is assigned to each candidate. Remember, once you are in marketing you would not get any time to go through the training again as you will be showered with requirements (if you are ready to relocate anywhere in US). Let me tell you the marketing team is fabulous, they have many contacts, you will get requirements now and then. Instructors and trainers are very co-operative. They give one-to-one attention. They even conduct mocks on week-ends if requested. On the job support is usually on week-ends or after finish of the class. I was placed after a month my marketing started. I had the opposite experience than the reviewer below. You have to remember that this isn't a magic shop, you have to put in the effort yourself to see the results like everything else. I landed a job soon after & I would definitely recommend Innova Path! Innovapath is the worst place for the placements this is how they work: 1.Orientation is okay 2.Training is okay 3.Agreement is bullshit, they can't tie up anyone with their stupid bond. People should keep in mind that we can sue them in reverse. 4.Marketing is worst especially RASAGNA, she is so arrogant, bossy..she forgets that she is a broker between the vendor & the candidate (infact she is the chamcha to shilpi who has dirty mouth. 5.They are so nice in the begining, once candidates comes to the marketing, everyone shows their own colors. 6.They make our resume very powerful & they will send us to far places for the placements, when we say we don't go that far, these mrk. mngrs. pass the info to shilpi & she calls the candidate immediately and she barks. 7.When we are paying fee, why the heck we need to sign the bond? 8.They charge the clients around 100K for us, and they pay just 55k to us? where is the rest of the money going? they don't pay for first 3mons??? 9.We can report to the department of labor for this issue. One more imp. thing I want to share, these brokers(marketing managers) think as if they placed the candidates...It is not. It is candidate who works hard and passes the interview. In IP they congratulate the brokers saying...yay..you are the succesful placements mkt. manager. FRIENDS WHAT I RECOMMEND IS WHEN YOU ARE PAYING 1200$ FOR THE COURSE WHY DO YOU WANT TO SIGN THE FREAQUICKING BOND? WHY DO WE NEED TO FEED THEM? WE CAN JUST ATTEND TRAINING AND APPLY FOR THE POSITIONS? I WANT YOUR SUPPORT FRIENDS.! Please think think think before you sign! If we break the bond they will send the lawyer notice etc...do you all think it worth? Shipli is not proffessional, RASAGNA, is totally crazy...they are all too boss! INNOVPATH is a very good place for career building. The set up is nice and the efforts they put is incredible. Company has opened up a door for many to get a running start for their career into the market for first and for others to get a second chance for their career. I would like to give feedback about my marketing manager.. My marketing manager was Rasagna. She worked very hard to get the vendors. She made sure that at least 3 vendors will call each day. She set up my gchat also for me since I didn't know. Her coordination between vendors, innovapath members and us students was excellent. If you have any question, right away and find out the details and let you know immediately. Even on the day of my interview, she sent me sample interview question for Symantec. When I told he that I am kind of scared because it was my first face to face interview, she told me that don't worry, I will get someone to give you practice interview session and she got Reena to give me an mock interview just before the interview. That helped me a lot. She is always available on Gchat and give you very quick response. The amazing thing about Innovapath is that they actually listened to what I wanted. They didn't try to reinvent me or re-enter me into the workforce for the sake of job placement or putting me into job assignments that did not fit perfectly to my experience, ability or personality. Normally i stay away from posting any reviews for any business association, but it is immense pleasure to post this review for a great company , for great teachers/Gurus and to perfect organizers who knows how to train , mentor and develop potential employees for some of the top technology/business consulting firm in bay area. To my knowledge Innovapath is fairly new organization , i think around 2 years old but the way this company is putting efforts to train and provide placement services for students is amazing. I have been to different consulting company called HitechBase Systems for training. They promised me they will get me a job after the training but things change after they took money. They didn't place people after the training as they promised, atleast to my knowledge.They didn't place any from my batch or next or next. After 1 yr, I was shocked to learn that they closed their company. But at Innovapath, they deliver exactly what they promised. I don't know why one person gave poor rating. Sampath, Shilpi, Reena, Nisha and Venkatesh are very good instructors. They start from basic and teach you every thing you need to know to get a job. If you ask any silly question or ask the same question multiple times, they don't get frustrated and explain very patiently. They will be with you from start and until you get the job.
