They were around for our yoga class. It was easy to go through the motions with these gentle giants around. After our yoga, the gals gathered the older goats and let in the "younger" group- they were nuts! These were the goats that wanted to play! They were like big gold retriever dogs- just so friendly and full of energy! The gals here "understood the assignment". They are prepared and ready for photo ops! They have props for birthdays, anniversaries, bridal parties! There's also PLENTY of time for everyone to take their photos. These photos are priceless! A goat on your back?! So fun!! There's lockers for all your things- mostly to keep the goats from going through them;) We brought an extra set of clothes to head to brunch after in- I wasn't sure if goats shed hair like dogs (they kinda do but not a crazy amount). Absolutely add this to your agenda! It's a short drive from Galena and SO WORTH IT!

Studio was 95 so a good sweat and a good workout. Wide range of abilities...and welcoming to newcomers. Stayed for part of a HIIT class after which was even higher energy. The atmosphere of the studio is just as good as anything you'll find in Madison - in my opinion, better. As you can see from pictures on the website, the studio is absolutely beautiful. It doesn't have a wall of windows like most yoga studios in Madison. Instead, it's located in the lower-level of a beautifully renovated old wood building in downtown Evansville. Its dark and quiet atmosphere are just what I need though to get into a super quiet and deep meditative state. In addition to the beautiful studio, True Nature also offers some truly amazing instructors. A yoga class is only as good as its instructor, and the ones at True Nature are absolutely wonderful. They emphasize alignment and technique over difficulty, and strongly encourage each individual to listen to their own body first - which was really refreshing for me. Their teaching style might not be for everyone, but it was just what I was looking for. I've tried yoga a handful of times before, but it wasn't until I got to True Nature that I finally "got it."
