At first I was very skeptical that he was going to be able to help me and the whole experience was going to be weird. But I honestly have to say it was one of the best decisions I've made. Not only did Ricky take his time, had a very warm comforting energy to him, but for me personally the session actually worked. So much that when I found myself going through a different challenge in my life a year later I contacted him again to help me. Highly recommend.

From our first session, Shannon approached me with kindness and genuine curiosity. During our time together, she guided me into the inner reaches of my body and mind with patience, openness, and compassion. I had never tried hypnotherapy before my sessions with Shannon. In fact, I went in as a skeptic, but I found Shannon's approach to be powerful and grounded in deep truths. More insights were revealed to me in my couple of months with Shannon than I'd uncovered in the combined years of talk therapy that I've done in the past. This was my first time doing hypnotherapy so I was a bit nervous to start, but Shannon did a great job explaining to me the process of hypnotherapy and listened intently to what I wanted to work on. Let me start by saying...I get that some people are a bit weary on hypnotherapy. You see a movie…read moreand someone waves a pocket watch in front of you and then puts you in a hypnotic state in 2 minutes and next thing you know, you are clucking like a chicken. LOL! Rest assured, that is NOT what hypnotherapy is like AT ALL! LOL! Sandra is truly one of the most beautiful, caring people I have ever met! From our first email, text and even first session, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend, where you can be candid, laugh, cry and just be yourself which allows you (and Sandra) to hone in on what you'd like out of your session. My first and second sessions were AMAZING! :) I felt calm, safe and optimistic that with Sandras guidance and wisdom I would reach the barriers in my subconscious that were preventing me from being my best self and Sandra did not disappoint!! I was guided to not only the barriers, but Sandra gave me the confidence to remove them and create a clear path to my best self! I left both sessions feeling light, happy and confident. It's a feeling that is so deeply embedded in me that I feel like I'm walking on air! Sandra couldn't have chosen a better name for her practice because my sessions were truly Transformational!

I did two trauma healing sessions and one past life regression. It's as if my brain has been reprogrammed. My experience: Before the session, we discussed what I'd like to work on. Then when she starts, I gradually fall into a deep hypnogogic state. Her voice gets further away and it's as if my body/subconscious takes over and responds to her suggestions. After our sessions, I noticed that I was starting to process trauma that had been too painful/buried to do so consciously through other therapy methods. I'm starting to adopt healthier behavioral patterns, moving with more fluidity, and am slowly regaining my agency and my voice.I highly recommend Sandra, especially if you're dealing with trauma that feels too deep to reach with regular talk therapy. - Sophi D
