Luckily me and my family was able to get the car out of that piece of shit ass yard. And gladly they didn't get reported to the news for the actions that I went through on MLK day . With Park Forest Police as well as Coys towing place . They prey on people who get into accidents on the backroads . should've just left myself in the car and waited on my insurance to pull up . Tony recommended at the time that they could also install led lighting on the bottom side of the doors for better lighting and added highlight. The after effect was beautiful as you can see from the photos attached. Over the last couple weeks the doors stopped functioning smoothly so I called Shockwave this morning to see about realigning the hinges. Ten minutes later, I received a message back to bring the car back anytime before 6pm closing. I stopped in during lunch break unannounced today. Their service technician stopped his current project and immediately grabbed the correct tools and readjusted both doors. 15 minutes later I was back on the road - No Charge. A young Tech put in the part that she needed and it was suppose to have been fixed. Well 4days later she hit the window switch to let down her window to place a order, and her window would not go back up. Needless to say,, her window was not fixed. She was taking me to Midway airport, so she called a shop in Bridgeview called Route 66, the Tech there got her window up in less than 10mins and she was on her way. But he told her to take it back to whoever put the regulator in, because they put it in wrong. Of course, she hard headed and didn't go back(YOUNG PPL). But 2 days ago she accidentally let's her window down again, so I said take it back to them, since they put it in. Well she goes back to Gerber Collison in Matteson, iL. The tech proceeds to take the door panel off and let's the window down even lower 3/4". But then tells her the motor is bad and he can't fix it today. Ummm excuse me Sir,...that window needs to go back up. Not only did he say he's not gonna do it, he didn't even put the door panel back on correctly. She had a WHOLE SCREW on the floor and he didn't put the window switch back correctly. I had to call the Police on them. The Tech was being a complete BUTT WHOLE!!!!! And so they sent a little helper guys to come screw the door back on, and he says ill have to get some 2-sided tape to tape down the window switch panel... Ummm excuse me, NO YOU WON'T USE TAPE. I DIDN'T BRING IT TO YOU WITH TAPE!!! R U CRAZY!!! So she called Route 66, they said bring it to us..we'll fix it! It took them all of 13mins and the window was back working. But Gerber said the couldn't get it back up.. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GERBER COLLISON AND GLASS IN MATTESON,IL. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They made our car worse and then tried to get more money out of us. Route 66 laughed at Gerber Collison, and said they were trying to get money out of us, and knew what to do to fix the problem. ShOUT OUT TO ROUTE 66 in Bridgeview,IL. You guys rock. And they only charge us $45 to fix it

Edit 2: The owner has not only refused to provide the video but they've also threatened me by telling me they know where I live and that they'll sue me for my review (see attached image). I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism from a business owner. Also, I haven't purchased anything from this business so the only way they would have my information is if they went out of their way too look me up online which is frankly quite disturbing. Brought my Volvo in on Saturday to see if a remote start can be installed in my car. The guy said he had to check to see if my cars compatible so he pulled it into the back of the shop and brought it back like 5 minutes later said sorry he couldn't do it. No problem I said and left but as I'm driving I hear a weird thumping noise coming from the front of my car. i pull over and check and part of my bumper is loose. I pop the hood and all but 1 of the 6 fasteners are gone so front bumper was basically hanging on by a thread. Thankfully I noticed it before I got on the highway where I'm 99% certain my bumper would have fallen off and caused an accident. Also the rubber molding on the driver side was not properly pushed back in but that's not nearly as much of a concern. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here at all but if you do remember to take pictures of EVERYTHING before they touch your car.
