Although I had mentioned that my hair was extremely purple and grey and she stated that is how it's supposed to look and it would wash out. My hair was grey. Literally grey. I am a CNA and I went to work that next day with my elderly clients telling me my hair looked like there's, if not worst. I felt so embarrassed and conscientious about myself, that I didn't even wanna go out in public. I washed my hair about 4 days later and my hair turned completely yellow. Right back to the same color I had when I walked into that salon. I messaged my stylist on instagram and sent her the photos. She was in denial that it was her fault. She stated that I had oils in my hair as to why it was yellow and that color does not revert after a service. She had mentioned that even if my hair is platinum there will still be yellow? She also mentioned she did not feel comfortable touching my hair if I were to wash it again. Like what. Just say you don't know how to color blonde hair? Malissa requested to look at my hair that next day. She was still then in denial...When I went for my consult I was told I would pay between $120-160. Not including a blowout or anything. When some other lady was ringing me out my total was somewhere around $275.70? For what? Oh, well the blow out alone is $60. I still should not of been paying over $200 for what was done to my hair! When I was told somewhere around $120-$160 and I am being asked to pay almost $300 for grey and yellow hair? Like WTF people. I refused to pay the whole bill. Nobody in their right minds would pay for that crazy shit. For a regular hair cut they want you to pay $50?? Any other hair salon would charge $25-$30. I guess when they ask you if you would like some water they add that to the bill as well"Water fee $35" ....This place is outrageous with their prices, especially to not have the right etiquette or ability to know what you're doing to someone else's hair??
