Stopped in the store to look for wall paper for a home under renovation/construction. They don't…read moreallow you to look at a book without their supervision. They don't trust a client to flip a page unsupervised because they have been "taken advantage of". Instead you can only really look at the instock rolls. A very low end way to do business....yet they bill themselves as "Fine Wallcovering". Horrible attitude toward clients. And to provide some perspective...all the flooring and tile for my home was purchased from a locally owned small business...as were the window coverings, custom cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and windows. Nothing was purchased from the Internet...Poe's might want to start trusting clients. Take a look at the negative reviews...they are defensive and never wrong. In this case they were....I have no intention of internet shopping them but was completely turned off by starting from position of suspician. And...I was literally the only person in the store! I estimate the lost evenue at $5k. Good luck Poes
