DO NOT waste your time or money with this place! I took my dress in on September 13th for alterations and wasn't even informed of the $70 consultation fee until I was already changing. She charged $570 plus tax requiring a $285 deposit upfront, which I paid with a fixed delivery date of November 1st. After no communication, I called on October 15th, and she promised to call back but never did. When I reached out on October 17th, she finally said it was ready for a fitting. At my fitting on October 19th, the dress wasn't even resized! It wouldn't zip up at all. She suggested a custom veil for an additional $500, which I agreed to, with a deposit of $267 which was never added to the original contract. It was a verbal agreement. On October 20th in the morning, I sent her a lace style I preferred, and she confirmed. But by October 31st, no updates on the veil or dress as promised. When I finally reached her, she claimed the dress was ready but the lace hadn't arrived. She said that I could try on my dress but she would have to charge me $70 to see the dress and veil together after November 1st, even though she missed her own deadline. When I questioned her poor communication and excessive fees, she THREATENED to hold my dress until I signed an agreement not to dispute any charges! Literally had to sign I will not dispute because she wouldn't even give us a copy of the contract and refused to hand over my dress, insisting it was her property until I signed a new contract for the veil that wasn't originally in our agreement. She kept threatening us with an attorney. I told her I just wanted to be done with her and just wanted to take my dress. She kept the veil deposit despite not delivering and held my dress hostage. I paid $875 in total, and I'm still without a veil and a dress that needs further alterations. This experience was stressful and unprofessional -- AVOID this shop at all costs! read more

I had Inna and her team take on an interesting task of transforming my standard off the rack men's suit into a formal tailor fit tuxedo. Inna completed the task in remarkably fast timing and was super communicative during the entire process. When I walked in I didn't know what to expect. She and her team work off of whatever details I can provide for what I want and then they put their own twist on it and it never ceases to amaze. Trust the process. She is a true visionary and a one of a kind. Absolutely 100% polite and professional as well. Will be back someday. read more

I walked into Innas studio in tears after my bridal nightmare came true. My original designer shipped a dress so bad days prior to my wedding I couldn't wear it. She had days to work a miracle. She created a custom gown in days. She took my measurements once and got a perfect fit no alterations needed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! So I commissioned a dress for my wedding in March. I specifically asked for progress pictures. She did not se d even one, because she was busy making over priced covid masks and not working on my dress. Then proceeds to tell me that she doesn't want to send any because she likes to see ppls reactions. ( because she had not done any work on my dress) When I went for my first fitting the dress was not complete and still needed embroidery work. We agreed that it could not be exact but similar. I specified that color (blue) was most important to me. She then told me she needed $70 more dollars to operate her embroidery machine that she had bought(???) I said ok because I need my dress by the end of the month. So I go for my last fitting the week of my wedding to pick it up and I just cried. Nearly $1,400 for her utter garbage embroidery work that was maroon. I hate that color. I wish I had taken a picture it was ridiculous. Luckily she had left some of the stitching of the color in the dress of proof. She is extremely arrogant!! She is more concerned about money then making anything right. So it was supposed to be a replica of a 1914 dress to match our 1920 bungalow house. I ended up having to go to Macy's and just buy a dress because I had 3 1/2 days to get a dress after work. She ruined my wedding dress. Never, ever again. I asked for money off because she could not do what I asked and she said no because she took it upon her self to give me different fabric that she herself said was the same price. If I could give her zero stars, I would! My sister had Inna to make the bridesmaids dresses for her wedding and of 5 dresses - only 2 were ok. Here's what happened: All of the 3 malfunctioning dresses had cheap zippers and were stitched sloppily. The bead work on one dress covered the floor, falling off as the bridesmaid was getting dressed. Adding insult to injury, she found a hole in the back of the dress below the zipper. And the other two had to have their zippers rigged in order to stay up, otherwise they risked their backside being completely exposed. When Inna was called she said, "I used the most expensive zippers I could find," and "Some dresses just aren't meant to bend over in." Umm... after $400 each, you'd better come up with something better than that. Thankfully, my mom was once a seamstress. She was able to access the problems and provide solutions because we clearly were not going to be accommodated by Inna. I'm unsure if she was rushing or if this is her usual practice but we are not pleased. read more
