On top of the extensiveness of the alterations, the fabric of my dress is incredibly delicate and intricate, so I'm sure it was a challenge to work with. Tina and the other staff here are some of the nicest people. She said that they put love into their work, and both my parents and I could not have agreed more. They were kind and attentive and you can tell how much care they put into their work both during measurements and their masterful sewing. Beyond just doing the alterations, Tina made sure my mom and I felt comfortable putting up the bustle for my dress and teaching me how to sit in a chair without pulling on it. Every detail was thought of. We were incredibly impressed. Their work is actual magic! One appointment for measurements and one appointment to try it on and it was an absolute perfect fit. This location unfortunately suffers from ignorant & inconsiderate scofflaws - people who willfully ignore the reserved parking signs; this means the dry cleaner's patrons have to make a long walk across a parking lot full of cars & shopping carts to then dodge traffic in a crosswalk that is packed with cars. If the people shopping next door at Publix & Target would simply follow the rules, us folks who use this dry cleaners could get in and out quickly, reducing congestion for others - sorry, not to be - this parking lot is full of lazy law-breakers who ignore the signs prominently posted noticing them the few parking spots that are open are reserved for dry cleaner pick up & drop off only. Looking at the few bad reviews, it seems like almost every one of these negative reviews on Yelp is 3+ yrs old, done by someone who registered on Yelp specifically to trash this place. Considering the dearth of other places reviewed by these negative reviewers, appears some folks today want to complain about their one random bad experience, rather than compliment the other 99 good experiences they had. Maybe these folks cannot be served adequately no matter how well a company tries - some folks are just angry at the world & can never be happy.
