I called Anthony to see if he could come pump it, and he suggested that there might be something else the matter. I snapped some pictures of the pumping setup and the tank risers, and he walked me through some basic troubleshooting of the system while on the road. His friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to explain every little detail to me without making me feel stupid was so very appreciated. More importantly, we were able to diagnose the issue and fix it without having him come out. I would recommend Anthony and his services for all manner of septic or drain without hesitation. I never leave negative reviews, but I feel cheated by this company and I want to warn others…read more Frankly, I am still holding out hope that they will make things right. They were friendly and did some crawl space repairs for me in June 2022, I thought all was good. A year later, I had a mold problem inside my house, including in the boots of my vents. I contacted Crawlspace Fitness numerous times to see if they could verify that the vapor barrier still looked intact and that no mold was coming from the crawl space. They never replied. Another company looked, and told me that the majority of the vapor barrier had become unsealed. They also said that I now need a dehumidifier, because after CF sealed the crawl space, it has become like a greenhouse. (There was no mold in the vents, which was my initial concern.) When I told them that CF installed it, they said they weren't surprised and had seen shoddy work from them before. I let Josh know in writing that I wanted them to take a look, as I'd like to continue to work with CF if possible, and a 5 year warranty was stated on our invoice. He finally replied and said he'd moved to Tennessee, was establishing the business there, and was working on staffing the Wilmington office. He also said he found it highly unlikely that that much of our vapor barrier had come unsealed. However, he never sent anyone to verify that. I don't have the email receipt of this, as it was on an inquiry form through their site. This was a year ago. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed many times to inquire if they could just look at my crawl space and if needed, repair it. I never heard back. I now have to cut my losses and pay another company potentially a great deal of money to repair the first job that CF did. Less urgently but still bothersome. They build 2 custom crawl space doors for us for $500. Less than 2 years later, some of the latches don't close all the way and the doors are warped. If they reach out to me, I will be happy to edit or take down this review. Sometimes, this is the only thing that works. I attached an image of my unanswered emails and the 5 year warranty statement on my invoice. This does not include the inquiry form or the phone calls.

I'll admit that I'm a fussy customer, and they have responded to my questions and concerns and answered my calls and texts, even late in the evening. They ended up coming back out to put them back in for me (I cleaned them myself because I felt bad that they had to return again.) I really wanted to like this cleaning company, especially because they present themselves well with…read morebrochures, business cards, appointment confirmations, and text reminders. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.
