Coastal Septic is a scam. Johnathan the manager, is rude and money hungry. He tried to talk over me on the phone and then hung up on me. They do not guarentee their work. My septic tank was cleaned out less than a year ago and it is backing up now in the house. Although they claim they cleaned it, there is no proof it was cleaned out fully and they refuse to come out to check their work without charging me $275 to do so. I had a pumber to come out and they took pictures to show old tissue caked up to the top of the septic tank. Johnathan is now trying to blame the issue on my septic system, which they should have checked when they came out to clean it. Telling me to go read up on srptic tanks. They are suppose to be the professionals. I guess not. Do not use them. I wish i could give them a zero. I will be contacting the better business bureau. read more

I called several companies to get my tank pumped. I was having issues and pumping it out bought me time to get the issue fixed, as well as it was that general maintenance time anyway. No one had time for over a week. Tank full, buzzer beeping, i didn't have a week. These folks also told me I had to wait over a week. Then I explained my issue. They said see you tomorrow morning. They showed up first thing. The guys were super friendly, they got the job done. I was really thankful they cut some time out to help me with my problem. read more

Called to have the distribution box cleaned and lines jetted. I was told they wont do that without also pumping the tank. I informed the woman that I had just had it pumped 2 weeks ago and she said it's required. I asked how much "$475 for the pumping, $475 for the jetting and a $75 service fee to come out to Jacksonville" I'll stick with Rays. read more
