They picked up the container 1 day earlier that I rented it for and i was separating my items on the back of the container because it was clean and to prevent for breaking my back so I had valuables on the left side and throwaways on the right and when they took the container away a day early they stole my items with the container and RACHAEL refused to help me get them back in anyway. It was my 5 children baby pictures baptism records handprints footprints my wallet was on there and my glasses of $500 and she had no empathy whatsoever !!! All she did was tell me lie after lie after lie so please stay away from this company your own good !!!

Had a horrible experience and wanted to make sure you don't do the same. Had Marks hauling come out…read moreto help us take some trash. I asked him several times for a quote and he said "I got it". Then per his business page I was told 300 a load. He took two couches (which we said we could give to someone, but he asked to take them because he knew someone who needed them ). Then he said he would come back for the rest that wouldn't fit (because he had the couches). When he came back for the actually trash stuff, he told me it was going to be $700 because it was 2 loads. He took the furniture and left the trash and charged me $300. Just wanted to give anyone in the future the heads up and if you know him please tell him that it was ugly and mean. It took 3 guys about 30 minutes to load it. I should have believed the reviews on google.
