He arrived exactly when he said he would and walked me through a multi-point inspection of the vehicle. He explained what he was looking for and how he determined if there was a problem or not. After a thorough check of the physical car, we went for a test drive and Allen again helped me understand what any areas of concern might be as he was carefully assessing the vehicle. He helped me find a few issues that were relatively minor. At the end we reviewed the inspection and discussed what the market value for the vehicle might be. I was fortunate (lucky) to find Allen available on such sort notice and am glad that I chose him for my pre-purchase inspection. I'm not sure I would have felt as confident in my choice to purchase the vehicle without Allen's expertise.

Prior to the car breaking down on I95 - I had a series of electrical issues that been causing my car to malfunction.
