I pulled in to A1 without an appointment and a really noisy car. They got my car patched up in less than half an hour and for less than $100. They told us we would have to call around locally ourselves. We finally talked with a local garage that put us in touch with Rob. He arrived exactly when he said he would and walked me through a multi-point inspection of the vehicle. He explained what he was looking for and how he determined if there was a problem or not. After a thorough check of the physical car, we went for a test drive and Allen again helped me understand what any areas of concern might be as he was carefully assessing the vehicle. He helped me find a few issues that were relatively minor. At the end we reviewed the inspection and discussed what the market value for the vehicle might be. I was fortunate (lucky) to find Allen available on such sort notice and am glad that I chose him for my pre-purchase inspection. I'm not sure I would have felt as confident in my choice to purchase the vehicle without Allen's expertise.

Making the appointment was easy, thus the extra star. But when I went to this brake service store for some brake service they told me they could not do the work that day. That they were busy. I understand places being busy, but it would have been nice if they took all those appointments off their website so the customers knew if the appoinments were valid.
