I contacted Precision Garage Door Service on Tuesday at approximately 6:30pm. They had an appointment for the next day, but due to work neither my wife or I could be here for it. So we scheduled for Thursday. Mike arrived and was polite and professional. He inspected the door and provided me with multiple options. Since my wife wasn't here to stop me, I went with the top option. (Better to ask for forgiveness than permission) Mike installed all new parts, including a new motor, interior pad, and exteriors pad with code. He was efficient, and had everything repaired and replaced in a little over an hour. Then he walked me through the new system. Explaining everything, including the Warranty. He cleaned up everything before he presented the bill. The new system is quieter and smoother than the original. It was not inexpensive.
