Really like this surgery center. Not my first surgery there. They are super efficient from check-in to check-out. Was in for cataract surgery. Nurses are caring & quickly take all info & vitals. They repeatedly check which eye is to be worked on. They wait for eye drops & Valium to work, then into surgical suite where they again check which eye they are to work on. Actual surgery around 10 minutes, (doctor is reassuring & explains what he's doing) then to recovery where they remove IV (in hand - only part I dislike). They have called my spouse and I'm out the door. Place is very clean & again .. very efficient. read more

Today I received such great care at Inland Surgery Center. While I have an amazing doctor, I feel like the nurses can sometimes be the unsung heroes. Zachery (apologies if the name was spelled incorrectly), was attentive, kind, always available for questions, while explaining everything well before the surgery. I gave 2 stars because the nice nurse who was trying to wake me up after surgery was kind and had to dress me and get me in the car after. She was kind and caring I wish I knew her name but I was too drugged to remember now . She seemed to be the more experienced nurse . Long blonde hair . Thank you for your kindness . Other than that this has been one of the most horrible surgical experiences I've ever had and I've had a few surgeries . This was for a mass removal from under my shoulder blade . I was drugged to the point of not being able to function speak , stand or open my eyes after. They apparently had to give something to bring my blood pressure up as it was too suppressed during surgery . How do they just send people home in this condition who should be monitored before sending them out the door not being alert or functioning ? . I was nauseated and dizzy beyond belief and I still am 3 days post op. I'm questioning the anesthesiologist and why I needed to be so overly drugged . Worst experience ever. read more

I'm 53 years old and I thought I was too young to have cataracts. Dr. Rimmer was my surgeon. What an amazing doctor. I was very nervous about all of it. His mannerism is calming and straight forward. Pre-op appointment I was checked in right away. At Inland Surgery Center, check in was a breeze both times. Nurses were excellent, anesthesiologists were so calming, OR nurses and Dr Rimmer excellent and made this quick surgery not scary and I was out in no time. I could SEE! AMAZING STAFF! My father-in-law recently needed eye surgery and his retina specialist Dr Ha scheduled if at the Inland Surgery Center, my father-in-law has difficulty getting around easily and also hearing, the team at the surgery center were amazing with him! So incredibly polite, professional and positive! He was extremely nervous about not having someone with him to explain what was happening, help him move around and look after him but the staff went over and above to make sure he felt as ease and was comfortable. They kept me in constant communication with text updates and once he was ready assisted him to my vehicle with a smile. I just had a knee replacement here. It was a very positive experience. Everyone was efficient and friendly, from the lady at the front desk to everyone past the front desk. Destiny was my prep nurse. She was awesome. Greg my anesthesiologist did a great job. Not too much and not too little. I don't remember my surgery nurse's name. Very nice Hispanic young man. My nurse who helped me prepare and get out the door was great too. Unfortunately I don't remember that young man's name either. Everyone was great though. It makes me smile just thinking about it. Dr Brockardt was my surgeon. I love Dr Brockardt. This is my second knee replacement that he did. My first knee done 3 years ago is strong and stable and pain free. I have high hopes that this one will be a total success too. So far so good. Anyways, that's my 2 cents worth. read more

The entire staff was amazing for the phone calls, front desk, nurses, Dr Coen, recovery team and if I missed someone I'm sorry. I had to have a plate put in my wrist from a dirt bike accident and Dr Coen did an amazing job so someday I can ride again. I would highly recommend this office if you need surgery done. Not only did they make me feel comfortable the kept my wife updated throughout the process. Hopefully I don't have to have surgery again but if I do I will go here! On December 21, 2022 I had surgery for an Inguinal Hernia. Dr. Aron Depew was the surgeon. This facility, Inland Surgery Center, made an excellent impression on me. The procedure was smooth and fast. The facility appeared immaculate. The personalities of the personnel were cause for relief of tension. Everything went well. After four to five weeks, all pain and discomfort were gone. I was sent to Inland Surgery Center, for ankle surgery, back in October 2021. When I arrived, the secretary at the front kindly greeted me and told me to I'd be helped in a bit. Eventually I make my way to the back for pre-op. I'm assigned a lovely nurse whose name I can't remember - she had a tattoo. While she's setting me up, she makes conversation to ease my anxiety. After I'm attached to a dozen wires, she accidentally pages another nurse into the room. A male nurse comes in and she tells him it was an accident. But since he's there, could he go to check my urine test. Before he leaves to get my results, he checks my chart for my name. He says my name in an overly exaggerated tone (mocking a Mexican accent). He then says, "See, I can speak Mexican." I frown at his comment and proceed to tell him that my last name is German, so he then does the nazi salute. At this point I am speechless. He then leaves the room to finally get my urine results. He returns a minute later and as he's making his way back, he shouted, "A plus sign means positive, right?" When I hear that, my heart stops because my husband and I have been trying to have a kid for almost two years. I look at him and he says, "Just kidding!" I start to cry uncontrollably. I'm heart broken. My nurse does her best to help me calm down and at this point there's another female nurse helping me, too. The male nurse leaves after he realizes his mistake. I wish I had complained about it in person like my husband wanted. When he picked me up after surgery, he couldn't understand why I was so upset. I told him and he was furious. But I told him we could call and deal with it over phone (didn't want to become confrontational). When They called to check in me the following day, I told the lady about my experience. Unfortunately this woman kept asking me to repeat myself 3 times which made it more difficult for me to move on. Eventually the head nurse got back to me and said that he would be dealt with. I really do hope he was spoken with and given some training. No one should ever experience this kind of behavior from anyone, especially a professional. I was already stressed out about surgery and then experiencing this right beforehand made it a nightmare. read more

Today I had surgery for a broken foot which required the placement of a plate and 5 screws to stabilize a broken bone. Dr. Candace Buckley is the absolute best!!! I am a Veteran and got to go outside the VA medical system for my operation on my left shoulder, it is very good now (THANK GOD)! The VA operated on my right shoulder 5 times, and screwed the operation each time. It is still not good, and in very poor condition. First operation on my right should, VA put wrong size metal parts in, damaging the rotator cuff, cannot be repaired. Tried to find a Lawyer, could not find one. I have other operation coming up and pray I can go back to the Inland Surgery Center!!!! read more
